GW22 Captaincy
It's an interesting decision this week with a number of feasible options.
Salah will be popular, though Brighton know how to defend, especially at the Amex, and Liverpool might not find it easy to run riot. Same can be said of Chelsea, who have attacking injuries and are up against a team that can be very stubborn, and City, who face a Wolves team that is well capable of playing rope-a-dope against the best opponents. Everton have a pretty hopeful fixture but are erratic. West Ham v Arsenal looks to have the potential to be a high-scoring game to me; both teams are better attacking than defending, and Aubameyang's underlying numbers suggest that a big haul is coming at some point.
So, probably Aubameyang for me, though Hazard is also tempting.

I'm swapping Aub for Aguero and making him my captain.

Sarri, Monday 7th: "Pedro, Willian and Giroud are doing better, yesterday they had training with their team-mates, with the group. I don’t know if they will be able to play tomorrow, maybe not for 90 minutes."

Aubameyang right now. But if I end up transferring in Salah, it’ll be him. Trying to hold off though... Desperately seeking confirmation-bias reassurance that Auba is a good captain pick.

Re: GW22 Captaincy
Was presuming I'd captain Salah this gameweek but in the FFS captaincy video they were more certain of Auba being the best option of all. Mainly due to Auba's greater underlying stats, and Brighton being a lot stronger defensively at home than West Ham are. I'd come to the conclusion earlier in the season that Brighton are an awful side who were very fortunate to have picked up the wins and clean sheets they have. That still may be true but they have shown a lot of defensive improvement recently, especially at home. Its not all based on just facing poor sides either, they've had to play Arsenal, Bournemouth, Everton and West Ham, who are all decent offensively. This is making me swing to Auba. Its a bit nerve wracking when you see Salah with such a big lead in the FFS captain poll but interested to see its Hazard and Auba leading the way in this FISO poll....

Re: GW22 Captaincy
No idea yet. Got Hazard, Kane, Son and 2 FTs. I believe Auba could be the best choice but only have exact funds for Hazard, Kane -> Kun, Salah which is tempting. Will watch the games today and tomorrow before deciding. Will probably end up with a boring Camarasa -> Puncheon transfer knowing myself; which would mean Hazard (C).

Auba.
Brighton, Wolves and Newcastle are all better defensively than WHU.

Re: GW22 Captaincy
Hazard or Sterling are my standout captaincy options, but both (or neither) may end up going for Salah before the GW starts
Tempted to go with Hazard but Chelsea have just been so shit - wouldn't be surprised by 2pts or 15 points.

14 is the number of Premier League matches those teams have played in the last 3 months.
Do you pull all your stats straight out of your arse, Billy?

Re: GW22 Captaincy
Im going with Sterling - as my captains have been letting me down and the only way to catch up is to use a differential and hope for the best, I also have Salah and Hazard in my team so could go with the herd, but not Aubameyang Im expecting Man city to keep up the pace put pressure on and maybe take advantage of Liverpools defence hicup and 2 recent losses to try bring the margin back to 1 point this weekend, I chose this captain a week ago and Im not changing. famous last words....
