Not watching but sounds like Mendy may get a 3 game ban. Brilliant.

Just seen the clip and yep took a swing at Lamela and missed! So is that still dangerous play?

I guess the FA have to decide upon Mendy's intention. Did he mean to hit Lamela or was it just a swipe of the arm in the general direction of the player intended to convey frustration? Looking at the replay Lamela has his back to Mendy and is stationary when Mendy swipes at about the height of the small of Lamela's back. Mendy does not make contact. In my view if Mendy had wanted to make contact with Lamela he would have done....

Hello and welcome to the forum. :)

Your team as it is seems okay but with a couple of players not firing as they were.

How many transfers have you used so far as this might influence whether to change or hold for a bit?

Forget about Arnautovic until he is fully over his injury concerns. Replace silva with Alonso. Can't believe so many are going without him. Salah should come in for Lacazette when convenient. If you are using too many transfers maybe do nothing. (Hazard is a concern)

Thanks guys, I've used 13 which I'm not too happy with, although I have heard that arnautovic had an illness and will be back this week. Silva to alonso sounds a good idea especially with kdb returning, also sieben what makes you say hazard is a concern

Zola announced 16 minutes ago that Hazard will miss the cup game against Derby but should return at the weekend for the Palace fixture.

B Silva served me well from week 2, has been great for City but I replaced him with Sigurdsson over a week ago due to KDB being back. I was very close to replacing Hazard yesterday with KDB because I worry he has 1 if those injuries that drags on for weeks. If Chelsea had been honest about his injury and just ruled him out I would have gone for Mane.

If 50 is average(par) then those high up will drop slightly and those lower down will climb slightly as we all slowly spread out.

Average was nearer 40, I believe, from the Overall Overview Page. The W\e Ave is almost interesting as I have had 2 W\e's under 50 (48 and 46, I think) and they were more above Average than some of my better ones.

Should I be able to find my Overall Position by the GW?

Overall average includes all sorts of numpties. See the Graph thread for the range of scores needed to hold position across the moderately upper reaches.

A 70 point weekend points haul would stand out like a beacon amoungst my teams rather than reflect an average score!

I’ve always struggled to get a good handle on what the true “average” is when you strip out early monthlies noise etc.

I noticed bencarrs Graph has a 55 point weekly average line. Does that point towards last year’s winner averaging 55 or anything like that? Couldn’t find any reference from reading the thread.

For anyone who had put him in, De Bruyne limped off tonight with a new knee injury.
