De Gea - stick or twist?

I thought De Gea would be a safe pick. Mourinho's boring style of play usually leads to plenty of clean sheets for his teams but now his hinges have become well and truly detached the clean sheets have dried up. Allison or Moraes seem the obvious replacements. Or should I hold in the hope that United tighten up at the back and the clean sheets return?

Letting in 3 against West Ham has pretty much made up my mind to get rid. Hart looks like an option out of the cheapies - especially as I already have Van Aanholt which means Hennessey is less attractive to me.

I was going to move him to Ederson today.

As I was busy I did it at 1245 when I saw West ham had already scored in 5 minutes, and I was pissed with de gea wasting me a transfer and giving me few points so far... Glad to have city defence.

The think with de Gea was that he made a shit load of saves last season ie the MU defence was all a bit Princess Di, and unlikely to be repeatable.

I agree 100% with murf. I don't plan to switch my keeper again unless Ederson gets injured. Not really a tinker imo, De Gea had 7 games to get the 28 pts I expected. He got 13 so he had to go. I think Jose will survive this week and De Gea will continue to let in goals as none of the guys in front of him have any confidence.

I sat on my hands in the end - Hennessey not on my radar as I already have Van Aanholt so don't want to double up. Thought I'd give De Gea another shot at Newcastle - not keen on changing the keeper at this stage of the season unless it's unavoidable.

A change feels inevitable ATM, just whether I go cheap or go premium. I notice that Utd play earlier in two and four games time so will probably give it those four games and will be quite happy to see things turn around so I don't have to do anything.

The Sunk Cost Fallacy - is the latest in the Bourne film series? I think the thing that is holding me back is that I've already used 8 transfers and I'm still flailing around quite badly. Maybe that's because I'm not getting rid of under-performing players quick enough!
