Re: Velogames - Spring Classics NOW Open
Not joined in (been away too often so not really doing any fantasy cycling this year).
Have been watching though. Fantastic edition of MSR. 20 seconds at the top of the Poggio shouldn't have been quite enough but Nibali rode a fantastic race down the Poggio and into the finish. Terpstra (and QuickStep) just too strong in de Ronde and Sagan rode a brilliant Roubaix. Big chapeau to Mads Pedersen and Silvan Dillier as well. Even ScheldePrijs was exciting this year
Watched PR with a few Belgian beers last night. Great race, although the sad news of Michael Goolaerts death (Cardiac Arrest during the race) has obviously cast a cloud over the mood.
Hope Trentin gets better as well - stable break in his spine, although as he said (in a nod towards Goolaerts I suspect) It's just an injury, it'll get better. Think he'll be off the bike for a few months though.
