Back to the action...

Both sides make two changes - in come Mario Lemina and Manolo Gabbiadini for Southampton, while Spurs hand starts to Michel Vorm in nets and Moussa Sissoko.

Hugo Lloris is ill

EDIT- BBC didn't mention it above but Eriksen out too. Ill I think.

Best you can get is 5/6 on Harry Kane as an anytime goalscorer. So less than 50% chance they'll stay intact from him alone.

No 2nd kc. Kane scored directly from corner taken by Davies, based on watching it on telly.

Every week Gary Neville keeps moaning about players closing their eyes at the moment of contact when they head the ball. Is that even possible? :?

I think that it would be a brain thing that you eyes would close.

I think it bothers Gary Neville because keeping your eyes open would be all manly and rufty tufty.

Misunderstood what you meant Spiny, thought you meant heading with eyes closed. Yes Gary Neville being an idiot.

Don't get upset Johnmc. It certainly was worthwhile working out his team even if the transfer situation is unknown. I don't think he is out of transfers personally and if City keep clean sheets he could yet pull away again.

No harm in tracking the leader but have to say I agree with latic, I always see him as a weekly/monthly player, must of used 15 transfers in August and the teams will eventually fade, done a few myself over the years (not so many this year) and the ones that start well( if you still manage them tend to hang on till about feb/march then plummet.

So 7pts in a team from Kane alone. Would that cause a team to drop or rise today?

Would the lack of Spurs 2 pointers counter the gain over made Kaneless teams?

I'm guessing a slight drop.

credit where it's due - he finished second last year..... irrespective of how many teams he threw at it - he obviously knows what its all about

I'm expecting a very slight drop, as with just having Salah tomorrow. You'd think most active/involved team have both, so the odd 2 pointer will lead to a fall..

My 7pters all dropped. Not sure how accurate/consistent their tie-breaks and sorting of tied teams are but my top 700 team dropped 5 places on the actual quoted position and others a bit lower down also dropped a little (all just over 0.5% of their position). Further down one team actually rose - from 80777th to 80776th
