Withdrawal

Hi,

Could you please advise how long you would expect a withdrawal to take? It stated 3-5 days on 29th December (7 days ago). I have not heard anything despite trying to contact the telephone line (said I had the wrong number ) and by the contact us. I know before you have called me to obtain the card details for the refund after a couple of days.

I appreciate that we have had a couple of Bank Holiday's however I could do with the money after the Christmas Break so would appreciate a fairly speedy response

they need to do the withdrawel over the phone mate. best ring to request one

Can't understand........ what kind of withdraw you are taking about?
