[Player Manager]

Player Manager Tip: In your Player Station, you can filter players by performance criteria such as Form and Goals. You can then click on column headings (such as Average Price) to sort the newly-filtered stats. Take a look at the Form filter, for example, and you may be in for a surprise. 8 of the top 10 players by form are......defenders. And all 8 defenders went for an average price of under £7.5m last week; 5 of them went for less than £2m. Whilst managers may not be breaking down the doors of Baird or Lescott, there may be some interest in the likes of Coleman or Nelsen.

6 out of 8 for me entered Friday late afternooon. I'd say a 75% success entry rate is about normal for me.

What I want to know is how I paid 51m for Berbatov in round 2 of the allocation when he was ranked 33 on my list

So I bid for any player on my list whatever position I have them ranked, mmmmmmm I think I have a minor flaw in my new system.

Although I was happy with my teams today, apart from one that has Defoe and Carroll (10 team league)

say theres 5 players in your league

the first player on each list will be auctioned first and whatever position you have him on your list he will go to the highest bidder


so if berba was ranked 1st on someone elses list then he would go up for auction but would be won by the highest bidder no matter what position he was on other peoples list

All teams are placed randomly into leagues with the only proviso being that we don't allow duplicate leagues.

Jason, can you confirm that the next gameweek for Tuesday and Wednesday games is also going to include the rearranged Blackpool-Liverpool game for the following midweek .

I wish you could see say the top 10 scores of the week not just the leagues your in.. no idea what your up against from the other leagues

On the seasonal leaderboard it needs to show an average and/or how many weeks that person has played. It's showing me as 7th at the moment but i'm well aware this is not my real position as my average is well below some others who have missed a week.

My tactic is working quite nicely, just a couple of teething issues that need ironing out and a little luck with those clean sheets (man u verses brum cost me big time) and I will soon pick up again.

Once I am 100% happy, I may invest a little more into my teams

Would've been nice to have my winning credits today. Hope they'll be credited tomorrow...assuming the site is back up. Currently showing a 503 and 404 error so can't enter any teams anyway.
