Hello Mike "Leeds" Shipley

In name of all here in Paloma Bar / Tortosendo-Covilhã , i want to congratulate you
for the very deserve 1st place.
A realy consistent performance all season .
A Fantastic 2nd half season.
A huge preview performance managing fixtures , key players , and all what is key to be succeessful in Guardian FF rules.

Our 6th and 13th places, gave us (me in particulary) experience to fight next year for a better place in general leaderbord 8-)

Congratulations

ps. Next time you come to Braga, just tell me a few days before, and we show you all around the highest portuguese mountain. All you have to do is "pre-prepare" your stomach and your taste for wine

Thanks Carlos,
No immediate plans for a trip to Braga, as it easier for in-laws to come over here to see the kids. But I'll definitely let you know when we get ourselves over to Portugal.
Let us see what rule changes they come up with the for next season and I look forward to the challenge of competing with more experienced players.

Cheers Rich,
Still thinking about that Ladbrokes game? You seem to prefer the £1000000 competitions these days and have almost got it nailed judging by this season's performance!

Ladbrokes taught me some valuable lessons, About not counting your chickens, and also about never entering just one team in a competition (unless you are only allowed one like this one) amongst other things. I'll keep trying with the Sun, but actually did better last season with only about half the teams. You have done well in that yourself especially as you only entered a handful this time.

Well done to Mike on the win.

I notice in the email they sent the other day that it will be running again next season with some 'improvements' :)

Personally I hope they will get the pricing better at the start of the season, reduce the number of monthly substitutions and have an auto-sub system from the bench.
