Pogba Or Sterling? No Brainer?

HI I have 2 free transfers for GW37, I have won my Mini leagues and I am currently my highest OR around 2.6k.
I am needing some wisdom from fellow members because I cannot make my mind up.

My team for GW37 at the moment is:

Lloris
Bennett ~ Laporte ~ Alexander-Arnold
Eriksen ~ Son ~ Salah ~ Man'e ~ Jota
Aguero ~ Jiménez

Bench :- Foster ~ Valery ~ Duffy ~ Andre Gray

I am looking at either
(A) Erikson & Duffy to Pogba & Shaw ( Manu Fixtures)
or (B) Erikson & Son to Sterling & Redmond ( City at home & Sou vs Hud GW38)

What what you do?

indeed, Though but at the moment a bit one sided.
