Can i add a third team or not mate?

bound to do better this season - need some advice mate....blocks or no blocks? 3-5-2, 3-4-3, 4-4-2 go for goals or clean sheets

...third team added (there's a maximum of three per manager). I was considering losing the Conference this season depending on how many play this year and that I couldn't be bothered recruiting more in this season of lower admin, but if anyone else is interested please let me know.
