Really hard 35 miles on the bike this morning - 4 of us 1 puncture and 1 had to walk up the really steep climb! 1 other skipped the climb "by mistake" and we caught up with him 5 miles later! 14% climb on wet, leafy, slippy hill meant every time you stood up the back wheel slipped.

Managed 35 miles on bike today so that is ok.

5 Nov: 3.11 miles.

The underside of my right foot has started aching like mad for about a minute when I get up from a sitting position resulting in a short lived and pathetic looking limp. Not good.

6th Nov: 5.5 miles (about 1.5 miles to go!)

8th November 20 miles on the bike. Curtailed by rain but hit an all time high speed (since I got a garmin) of 42.2 mph.

Also sneaked a short gym session yesterday with min mileage.

Managed a 5 mile run in the sun this morning - 5 degrees but crisp and clear. First run for a whi;le and hope there is no reaction as I want to build up to 90 minute runs on a Sunday again.
