_______
If you're new to the game and/or want to know more, check last season topics (you can use the Search function).
The game format is the same.
It's based on Divisions, Promotions and Relegations, with the FPL season divided in 7 short Rounds, using Classic FPL scoring.
DEADLINE
Round 1 will start with GW4 as usual. This season it's on Sep 1st.
You have time until the end of GW3 to register. That will be early in the week leading to GW4, on tue 28th or wed 29th.
When I'll be ready and willing to collect data to prepare the divisions, I'll post here "registration closed" and that will be it.
The first 3 FPL GWs are Divisionals Pre-Season. Your FPL points there will contribute to your Divisionals Qualification score, regardless how late you register.
Don't forget this is probably the only FPL-team-based sidegame which you can join halfway during the season.
So if you miss a deadline, you can still register: you'll enter the game from the bottom at next available Round.
- QUALIFICATION
As I mentioned it: this season I'll post no Qualification topic, nor tables.
Almost no one was actually interested in its details anyway.
Qualification will only serve to determine the pecking order by which teams will be moved up, in case vacancies will need to be filled up in Divisions above yours.
The score will be calculated with exactly the same method as last season.
A Head Start will take into account your last season FPL score, and Divisionals final results. It will be summed to your Pre-Season score, the two weighing roughly the same.
I might be be posting a Qualification final table, or not.
You'll have to trust me that everything is done meticulously and with fairness, as in previous seasons.
Detailed data can be produced, only in case of need.
HOW TO REGISTER
Post here your team GW History link.
No exception will be made.
All teams, either new or returning, have to renew their interest here at the beginning of every season.
That's all it's required, one post per season, not that much nor difficult.
Any PM or other channel will be ignored, sorry. You have to post here. Take it as a muster you have to pass.
One post, one Divisionals player.
That way it remains on records here for all to see, whether you registered or not. So please don't ask here, I won't reply. Hopefully you'll be able to check on your own whether there is your registration post in this topic or not.
If you don't know which is you FPL team GW History link, search in the Forums, it's been explained in several places. Or ask the Mods, they'll be available and happy to help any member in need.
ALL WELCOME
Apart the above BASIC requirements (being able to find you FPL team link with ID, and to post it here) all Fiso Members, either veteran or rookies, are welcome. No one will be bounced away.
Last season we had 152 teams, 139 in previous one.
My ideal Divisions format has 130 teams playing, but regardless you're 50, or 200 or more, it's just the same to me. I'll devise a way to accommodate you all the best I can to ensure your best enjoyment of the game.
