It's a popular score as I've scored 63 for the last 2 GWs as well.
I wish I had, but I got the same score in last 2 gws as well, only 10p lower, 53 & 53
This gw two other teams had 63p as well here (and 3 with 62), last gw there was a 5th with 63p.
Without entering X-Files or the Number 23 movie considerations
this means that last gw given random fixtures a team scoring 63p had 4/19 chances to draw, this gw 3/19.
It's notorious that with a wider range of scores, draws in fpl h2h are much less likely than in real PL. (
and Andybarrel's Mirror sidegame goes that way with a format favoring a more realistic draws % )
Sometimes it's because there are very few or even no equal scores in a league 20 teams, in rare occasions there are a few, but you also need the right fixtures combining them to get a draw. Without doing the combinatory maths here, I'd say by gut feeling we're on an unusual draws fluke
As I have last season h2h complete data for Championship division, I'll check those figures tomorrow...

how to read it:
in GW1 there were 3 different groups of 2 players with the same score (1 group of 2 with score A, 1 group of 2 with score B, 1 group of 2 with score C)
the same in GW2, AND 2 groups of 3 players each with the same score (1 group of 3 with score D, 1 group of 3 with score E): e.g. A A B B C C D D D E E E x x x x x x x x
in 4 gws (11 20 27 29) there was 1 group of 4 players with the same score (like this gw here), but never a group of 5 (which we had instead here in previous GW)
in 2 gws (22 33) there were 6 pairs with the same score, but only 1 pair of 6 actually met and got a draw
in total there were 145 potential draw fixtures, considering independent random fixtures every gw (which is not the case in reality)
but only 14 actual draws in the season 380 fixtures (less than 4%) in 10 gws (twice 2 draws, once 3)
