COAB, Neil. I now dislike the Site so intensely that I could quite happily abandon 1 of my 2 squads - if they weren't involved in an ongoing game of leapfrog in the 100-800 range.

However, even if someone offered me 20 grand for managing 30 teams, I'd probably turn it down. I can earn more from my day job in the time that must take.

30 teams, (on average) 4 flanges a week, 120 team selections which probably take 1 minute each. And I don't leave it until Friday/Sat to do it all.

I probably spend less time on it than many spend on FISO all week.

As I don't currently have a paid day job I'll take what ever return it gives me.

I guess that after a couple of squads, you don't need to re-check which team is playing in each Flange. All the same, a massive effort - although, with your skill and track record, you must have a great chance of giving Oddsman a run for his money this year.

Looking at that Top 100, it doesn't seem as if Cooperman is giving this much of a nudge this season - but he certainly has an awful lot of teams in the YTM Top 100.

Good luck to all those who are battling for honours. :)

FF - omg, the idea of starting with 60 teams would make my head explode… especially after some of the early season game issues… And even after reducing to 30 teams… that must still require an impressive amount of effort…

I know how much time I spend on TFFO and I only started the season with 7 linked season long teams and 2 further teams for mini comps where the season long comp isn't the sole goal. Even with 7 teams I find myself getting occasionally cavalier with transfers or captain choices with my lower scoring teams. 30 teams must require amazing discipline.
And transfer decisions… I was thinking a few weeks ago of bringing Defoe into a few of my teams in case he carries on scoring at his present rate. Deciding which of my 7 teams to bring him into was hard… making the same decision with 30+ teams must be a nightmare!!!

Anyway, kudos to you, with 11 teams in the top 100, you are set up very well to give Oddsman a decent battle for the big bucks.

Oh yes and I agree with you LT77… Having now watched the highlights of the spurs game I also felt that Lennon deserved the MOTM. (Although, having just looked at his 55% passing stat for the game, I guess I can understand why he didn’t get it  )
