WEEK 16 - SCORES IN PROGRESS

Championship Game

Chingford Gingers 99 @ 68 Get It Right Next Time - YTP C.Kaepernick, P.Dawson (Gingers), F.Gore, 49ers DST (GIRNT)
Four players still to go in the Monday Night Game, but it's looking good for the crown being awarded to Chingford Gingers. Great performances from the WR position for them - WR Eric Decker (25) and WR AJ Green (21) with good support from RB Fred Jackson (17). Top seeds GIRNT look to have fallen at the final hurdle - apart from a stellar QB performance from Andy Dalton (31), not a lot else so far - and two ducks from WR Doug Baldwin and K Ryan Succop.

3rd/4th place game

X-Men 49 @ 106 Barry Crockers - completed game
A bad day at the office for the X-Men in this bronze medal game - not a single player into double figures. Just one of those days I guess! 18 from WR Demaryius Thomas and 17 from the Rams DST for the Crockers who end up in 3rd place.

Consolation ladder games

Bruschi 54s 92 @ 111 Fulchester Fish - completed game
Fish top the consolation ladder and will have the benefit of the 1st pick in the draft next year with this win over the Bruschis. The trio of RBs, Ryan Matthews, LeVeon Bell and DeMarco Murray all scored well, 17,16 and 22 respectively, and the Bills DST shutout of Miami was also worth 21 points. DST also leading the way for the Bruschis with two late defensive scores boosting the Patriots DST to 26 points. 19 from RB Jamaal Charles, but the Bruschis lost it at the WR position with just a single point coming from Rod Streater and Andre Caldwell.

Putney Gooners 103 @ 73 Forest Tigers - completed game
Gooners the beneficiary of another fine Peyton Manning performance - 32 points this week - and RB Eddie Lacy (20) also had a good game in the snow at Green Bay. Tigers, despite a good season record, are slipping down the consolation ladder with this second loss - RB LeSean McCoy had an excellent game with 27 points, but there wasn't too much else.

Portsmouth Pirates 70 @ 53 Crystal Tipps - YTP V.Davis (Tipps)
Tipps hope rest on an 18+ point performance from TE Vernon Davis tonight, otherwise the season-ending 4-10 Pirates will move further up the consolation ladder and improve their draft spot. Not great scoring from many on either side here - for the Pirates, WR Pierre Garcon (20) and QB Nick Foles (18); for the Tipps, only the Seattle DST managed doiuble figures - and that was close! (10)

Caracas Firecrackers 44 @ 83 Cornish Tinners - YTP M.Ryan, A.Boldin (Firecrackers), S.Jackson (Tinners)
Firecrackers end up bottom of the pile with RB Donald Brown (22) the lone bright spot. QB Ben Roethlisberger the leading scorer for the Tinners with 19 - the Colts DST added a further 16.

WEEK 16 - FINAL SCORES

Championship game

Chingford Gingers 132 @ 94 Get It Right Next Time
Reasonable scoring (double digits) from all 4 remaining players last night, but Kaepernick's 22 was the best of them all - as the Gingers already had the lead going in to the game, this boosted the margin of victory, and the Gingers are the champions for 2013, signing off in true champion style with an excellent weekly score.

3rd/4th place game
X-Men 49 @ 106 Barry Crockers

Consolation ladder
Bruschi 54s 92 @ 111 Fulchester Fish

Putney Gooners 103 @ 73 Forest Tigers

Portsmouth Pirates 70 @ 53 Crystal Tipps
A complete blank for Vernon Davis last night, so no change to the scoreline

Caracas Firecrackers 74 @ 94 Cornish Tinners
30 points from Matt Ryan and Anquan Boldin last night for the Firecrackers but more was needed, especially as Steven Jackson got over the goalline for a TD on his way to 11 points.
