could someone post the confirmed KCs when TTF wake up today

Also we are still waiting on Man C v Arsenal's from Thursday
Not quite fallen off the planet, but things aren't going to plan. Recording BBC2 last night was the biggest disappointment. Losing out on second place in my super league thanks to no TH hasn't helped and yes, I am somewhat gutted by events at Selhurst.

However, I'll keep an eye on TTF this morning and we should get the KCs from Thursday too - they never update details on a Friday morning for some wierd reason, particularly frustrating after UEFA nights.

From what I saw of MOTD (only half watching at times due to restless child), Kewell should be for Crouch's goal, the other two no idea.

Because the guidelines say that neither the keeper nor the woodwork cancel out previous KCs, whereas a significant touch from a defender does.

why is Giggs not getting one for Ronaldo's? It's clearly him that made the key contribution, so both he and Brown should get it.

Newton ran in from the right and passed the ball to Reo Coker who then back heeled the ball to Benayoun

Saha crossed the ball which was missed by Rossi but scored by Euell

Kewell knocked down Hyypia's long ball to Morientes who then passed to Fowler

and he also passed the ball down the line to Cisse who crossed for Crouch

Ridgewell 's shot from corner for Goal 2 was palmed out to Davis who then passed it back to Ridgewell

Could someone who knows better than me explain the Fabregas, Campbell one then.

I watched this last night and I just dont understand it at all. If Pires would have scored first time then no doubt but he scored from his own rebound - how does that work????

To quote the TTF KC guidelines themselves....
In all cases, any significant intervention by opposing players (e.g. rebounds or clearing the ball) will negate any KCs before that intervention. The only exception is goalkeepers: when a player's shot is parried by the keeper to the scorer a KC will be awarded to the player whose shot or header was parried.

Fabregas Crossed. Campbell headed on

Pires shot

Keeper parried

Pires scored.....

As far as the KC is concerned it is treated as if the Keeper's parry never happened

So Kcs to Fabregas and Campbell

Or indeed the first shot.....

Fair enough - just seems bizarre treatment to me when I vaguely recall similar things not being given this way in the past. Part of the quirky pleasure that is TFF i guess.

I can't confirm these but since no-one has even posted predictions here are mine:

Sunderland 2-1 Fulham
Le Tallec (Welsh)
Brown (Nosworthy)
Radzinski (-)

On Sunday's KCs I have some issues:

Villa's Davis can NOT possibly have 2 KCs.
Goal 1: Milner pass to Davis, Davis lay-off to Barry outside box, Barry scores. I'm even surprised at this KC but can just about see it.
Goal 2: Milner corner, Ridgewell header, parried by KELVIN Davis (goalie) to Gary Cahill, Cahill lofts it back in, Ridgewell scores. Steven Davis not even involved.

Why has Greening not got 2 KCs? The first was a straightforward cross to Gera, the second was a corner which Gera flicked on to Martinez - 2 clear KCs.

So Arteta has one KC - I thought Anichebe did too much to give Arteta a KC there, could it be that despite Big Dunc taking two goes to score the penalty the KC remains (for the fouled player) a la the Pires goal?

And from MOTD, there should have been an extra KC for the Pompey player who played in Routledge - maybe TFF gave up trying to ID him like I did.

If you watched MOTD, it appeared to be Davis from Villa

BBC Text said it was Cahill

Was blurry and hard to tell, but I got a clear image on one single frame and it looked like Cahill, and I thought I saw a number like 21. Never mind.

That is what TTF have awarded.

Davis is number 12, so just the other way round. Of all the nights to record the wrong channel!

Harewood KC

Post by MuckyMuckMan »

Question

Benyoun's goal. I thought it was Harewood who back heeled it to him, not Reo-Coker! On MOTD I'm sure I heard the commentator say it was Harewood, or am I wrong?
