Don't wish to dispute you Brameric as your usually spot on, but why no KCs for the first Arsenal goal? :?

Because when the ball came across, Upson almost scored an OG

I would count that as a defender's touch thus negating all KCs

Harewood turned the game on its head, West Ham creating sweat FA before he came on. He was definatly deserving of MOTM

I reckon Osman may get it for everton game, he was outstanding and gave a link from Cahill and arteta to Beattie, was very effective and worked very hard.

There was talk previously of someone considering him, dont know if they did but I think he could be good value from here on in, with evertons threadbear squad and him playing off Beattie he may well be value (I hope so 8) )

does the telegraph usually give kc`s for shots saved only to be parried out to the eventual goalscorer????????
Yes.
I thought for the first Newcastle goal it was more like Kiely booted the ball away from the shot and then N'Zogbia scored from the follow-up?

Does that still count as a KC for Shearer & Solano?? Wasn't really just parried.

I would not argue if these are given in Mondays paper, although expect Moore to get it ahraed of Phillips although Kev had a great game.
Also think that RVN could get it ahead of Ronaldo.

So taking these two into account then, and having a look at the average viewer rating on the Sky Sports website, then we have these as my predictions of MOTD

Newcastle vs Portsmouth: Alan Shearer (Guardian and Sky Viewer Vote)
Bolton vs Wigan Athletic: Stelios (Guardian, Sky and Times)
West Ham vs Sunderland: Reo Coker (Guardian and Sky)
Birminham vs Arsenal: Diaby (Guardian, Sky and Viewer Vote)
West Brom vs Blackburn: Greening (Sky, Guardian and Times)
Manchter United vs Fulham: Louis Saha (Sky)
Everton vs Manchester Cty: Tim Cahill (Sky and Viewer Vote)
Middboro vs Aston Villa: Luke Moore (Sky, Sky Player Of The Week, SKy Viewer Vote and Guardian)

Personally the only ones I would consider locks are Moore (sublime hattrick) and Shearer, who is going to get a lot of press for that game.

Saha is one though I would put money on. Nistelrooy and Ronaldo will get pegged back because the goal that one the game effectively was not a goal, and Saha played very well throughout.

I haven't got Saha, so it's not optimistic.

sportinglife.com also credit Terry.

"35 mins: GOAL GALLAS - Cole swings the corner away from goal but Terry heads it back into the mixer and Gallas, from point blank range, fires home. "

BBC said Lampard took the corner :?

See why we like you to have seen the goals people ?

Considering Ive got both Cole and Lampard I'm not too bothered about which one, though Id prefer Carvalho to score the points rather than Terry as more will have Terry.

Chelsea 2-0 Crespo (Del Horno)

I bought Gallas in for Del Horno just before the match. :D

So as it stands my Chelsea 4 have got me.

Cech: 6
Terry: 6 (maybe 9)
Gallas: 11

Lampard: 5

Not too shabby. From the sounds Del Horno has just got an assist, too.

Sporting Life don't know what happened. :? :?

On one page they say Cole took the corner and Terry headed it back, on another one they say Lampard took the corner and Carvalho made the assist. It's at times like this that I wish I had Sky!

Bye Bye Pepe Reina, who gets himself the entry to the bath card.

So;

Reina -6
Ferdinand -6
Dawson - 4
Brown -3
Alonso -2
Ferugson -4

Looks like this week it would have been very easy to lose a lot of points.

I've stuck with Del Horno from the start and he's started to flatline as of late.

I stick by my opinion that Chelsea have the best defence so 3 out of 5 should come from Chelsea's starting line-up. And the only definites seem to be Cech/Terry followed by Gallas.

Dawson only got minus -2
Rio got minus -8, as stated above
And don't forget Roberts, plus of course the ubiquitous Wright of Sunderland, who everyone's sure to have
