Looked to me as if he tripped Defoe from behind - clear Yellow Card.

The one Breakbone player who did look hard done by was Jason Roberts - the initial card looked a little harsh and God only knows what he must have said to bring up the almost instant double?

On the other hand, Mokoena was lucky not to be sent off for that dreadful challenge on Malbranque and a few other dodgy ones. Breakbone's foul count (17) was more than four times higher than Spurs' (4). That's the difference between the top and bottom of the (Fair Play) League for you.

Did you see the replay?

MGP clearly got a toe on the ball, no way was it even a foul, let alone a yellow

And as for Jason Roberts, he looked as if he said to Hughes on the way off "I just told him to F*** off"

Definitely a good tackle by MGP.

As for Roberts, he said to Hughes, "I just told him first foul". Which when you watch the replays is clearly what he did say to Styles. That sending off was absolutely pathetic, if you can not tell a ref that it was only your first foul when he books you then it is a joke. Styles should be dropped from the list of Premiership refs in my opinion.

There go my Blackburn clean Sheets :(
Will Betrbatov definitely get an assist seeing as keeper saved it?
Can anyone clarify please?

Normally shots that are saved by the keeper and put in directly from the rebound do count as KCs and I'm pretty sure this one will be.

Berbatov and Pedersen will certainly get a KC

Slim chance for whoever played ball to Berbatov (Keane??)

but the work was really done by Berbatov

It was indeed Keane who played the pass to Berbatov, I'm praying he gets a KC but I agree with you that Berb did too much work.

Never liked Styles, he is just an egomaniac! tbh I think the 'dissent' he got the second yellow (didnt even deserve the first imo) was for catching the ball when someone threw it over his head. Rob Styles is the most petty ref in football.

TFFO decided to update Thursday's game earlier today so the players at the top of the leaderboard could see where they were at. Thus the confirmed KCs from that game were:

Tottenham 1-1 Blackburn
McCarthy (Pedersen)
Defoe (Keane, Berbatov)

That Keane KC is a surprising bonus for those (like me) who put him in.
I swapped Drogba out for Keane last week for Spurs last 3 games, so was not pleased to see Drogba return earlier than expected and score a goal too.
This Keane KC certainly cheers me up, but TBH I still think Berbatov did too much work for the extra KC to be given. :)

First of all, apologies for non-appearance last week. I've been off work and forgot to activate my mole. I'll be glad to give out email addresses for next season to anybody who might want to send me reminders!

Anyway, without further ado, this week's MOTMs are...

Robert Green
Emile Heskey
Stephen Warnock
David James
Ben Foster
Shaun Wright-Phillips
Darren Randolph
Kevin Davies
Mark Viduka
Paul Robinson

Which is absolutely no use to me at all.

Stephen Warnock :D

Is there any chance of a KC for Warnock for the Bentley goal?

Surely he couldn't conceed three and end up with 5 points??

what about a Bentley KC for the 3rd goal? Just watched it on MOTD and i think he should get one - did a lot of work to set Emerton up for the cross..

Will Bridge get a KC for his crossfield pass to SWP in the lead up to Drogba's goal?

Robinson and Warnock are magnificient surprises. Especially as it seemed this year Robinson needed to score to be vindicated, as to be fair he has had a few crackers, but Warnock; well yay.
