I can't believe this - yet another week without any MOM points. I really have to question the quality of the decisions made by the DT reporters. Well at least I don't think many Managers would have those chosen that lot of **** this week - what a jokediesel weasel wrote:Tony is not available tonight so he's asked me to post the MoM's instead

Arsenal Goal
Hi I'm not debating that there was no assist for Gallas' goal but can someone explain when it comes to corners why some flick ns, corner takers get assists and others not? Thanks

Re: Arsenal Goal
Presume in this case it was due to Carragher getting a sufficuient touch to negate preceding KCs.fazza_1973 wrote:Hi I'm not debating that there was no assist for Gallas' goal but can someone explain when it comes to corners why some flick ns, corner takers get assists and others not? Thanks
In general corners that are headed straight in will ALWAYS get a KC for the corner taker, same applies to a straight forward flick on which would give the taker and flicker KCs. Significant defender touches negate preceding work as per the rules.
