robbielee wrote:So to summarise :

Spurs 0-4 Man Utd
Ronaldo (-)
Vidic (Carrick)
Scholes (Ronaldo)
Giggs (Saha)

Van der Sar will definitely get 6 points as he was not subbed off.
Vidic will get 9 points as he was booked, Evra, Neville and Rio will get 6 points.
Rooney and Larsson both also booked so 0 points for those 2.

Scholes got MOM on Sky and personally I agree with that decision. It was yet another midfield masterclass from him.
I'm sure Vidic will get 11 pts

6 pts clean sheet 5 pts goal 2 pts appearence -2 pts booking=11 pts

can somebody confirm please

Wrong, the 6 points you mention already includes the 2 points for the appearance. 4 for cleano, 2 for starting, -2 for booking, 5 for goal = 9

So in other words Tony, 2 for playing, -2 for getting booked, 4 for the clean sheet and 5 for the goal. So 9 points (potentially 12 as he is a strong contender for MOM).

I'm standing by my shout for Scholes, but I've got a feeling they may give it to Vidic. I also agree that Neville played well but not really in contention for MOM.

Don't believe it, great bonus for me though. And to think this morning I was making plans to get rid of him and Vidic long term, might just stick with them now

Almost forgot, cheers Tony :D

Cheers Tony but can you set you tardis to go back 24 hours and bash some sense into the reporters' heads or preferably back 18 months to bash some sense into the heads of those who dreamt up MOTM. Ta

Anelka MoM :D :D :D plus a goal - so glad I kept him in.

It's been a frustrating season of being permanently placed around the 10000 mark without ever getting the blisteringly good week that could take me near the top 1000, but small joys like this make all the pain worthwhile :D

Bloody typical, take Anelka out and this is how I'm rewarded!

Still, can't complain, I'm looking at a 70+ weekend.
