Watford 2 Blackburn 1

1-0 Emerton OG
Poss KC for Smith, his cross took slight deflection off a defender before reaching Emerton
1-1 McCarthy (Bentley)
2-1 DeMerit (Bouazza, possibly Mackay as well)
Mackay headed back a cross for Bouzza to cross to DeMerit

Savage off on a stretcher, possible broken leg
McCarthy limped off after a kick up the backside

Highlights seen on Sky Sport

I hope no one objects to me this question on this thread (I did SEE it), but didn't Derbyshire do too much for the first goal for an assist to be given to McCarthy?

I saw the replay, I don't think he did, he only really took one touch and then took a shot.

I'd be inclined to agree, but Judio is very rarely wrong about these things so looks like it will be a KC...

All he did was take the pass, run with the ball past a defender and shot inside the area.
If he had shot outside then the KC would not be given.

No objection for sensible comments like yours :)

Won't MGP get another assist for the great quick freekick pass out to Emerton, before he crossed it into Derbyshire's second goal. Or am I just hoping. Got to admit I get these wrong every week and always cock my scores up!

Spurs stream got dodgy in second half but I was watching Boro match too and caught & recorded a replay of Christies goal,

0-2
Christie (Morrison, Yak(?)) I think Yak did enough to warrant KC: cut a defender out with his pass to morrison, who drove the ball in to the box to Christie

Maybe, Emerton did take a touch so I wouldn't have thought so, but Meite got a KC earlier on in the season for a long ball to Anelka, which Anelka chested, took a touch and crossed to someone who scored, and I dont think Meite's ball was behind the defence, so MGP could get a KC

Over to you Bram/Judio

It was, it was a ball over the top to Anelka (behind the right-back) away at Newcastle, Anelka then crossed for Diouf to score.

IMO, having watched it on BBC1, I can't see a KC for MGP for the 3rd goal today.
