I'm hoping they are already full of Christmas spirit inspired generosity and there is a KC for Kuyt on the way then too! ;)
If thats the case they will have been on the christmas spirit too much over the weekend and have truly lost the plot.

Is it that gerrard did too much for Kuyt to get a KC? or something else?

I remember a goal Kewell scored against Everton last season, finnan knocked the ball a few yards to kewell who hit a fantastic shot into the corner, yet finann was given a KC (from memory).

I think it's because Gerrard did too much. I think he took 3, maybe even a 4th touch before hitting it from outside the area. I have Kuyt but am not expecting a KC.

Interestingly, Kuyt gets a KC on the OFL version (as does A-E).

Anyone know how good a guide (or not) this may be for TFF KC's ??

Don't know much about OFL but I believe the criteria are different. We should get confirmation of the TFF KCs today anyway from the online game.

Yes, still waiting. This isn't doing me any favours re getting work done ... I keep switching back to the TFFO site to refresh the page. I'm not sure whether I like the thought that they're still debating them. Could give the conspiracy theorists a field day.

If they are indeed highly contentious, or perhaps even undefinable under current wording of terms and conditions, maybe they're worried about setting new precidents.

After seeing both the goals for the first time this morning I can believe its come out that way. Did two different people make those decisions? Tell me that Rooney's score has been updated but Ekotto's hasnt yet :D

All Sundays as predicted, except Assou-Ekotto. I'll check Saturday's shortly, but to answer all the questions ... definitely no to Kuyt!

James: I believe it is a panel who scrutinise all the games from Sky/MotD footage, hence the consistency.

Listen to what Bramernic is saying. He gave them KCs based on the fact the pass takes defenders out, i.e. a defence splitting pass.

I believe they've counted the 'work' done (which can negate a KC) by players as number of touches because to me Ekotto's ball went through the defence more than Rooney's but Berbatov took more touches than Saha who technically only took 1 then shot.

Kuyt's pass did NOT break the defence in any way so could never have counted as a TFF KC in the first place.

I didn't expect one for Rooney, AK or Kuyt and that one of them did get one smacks of favouitism (as I suspected would happen per an earlier post)

Rubbish! He didnt get a KC just a few weeks ago when he deserved to, because of a technicality. (Having 'won' a penalty by decieving the defender he didnt get a KC because he hadnt actually touched the ball yet)

But that wasn't borderline. There is a clear definition of being in possession.

Reeks of favouritism to me.

Maybe Bram could help us by explaining what he thinks is their logic as Saha got the ball a few yards beyound the D.

I think that you also have to consider the shots on goal

Saha's was a pass round the keeper.

Most from outside the box are "screamers" like Gerrard
