Schoolboy error - just realised you can only do 5 transfers a week in this game as well!

I guess spares don't carry over

Hmmmm

The Game - Scoring Points
"Points are not awarded for penalty shoot outs."

Terms and Conditions
7.2 Points will be awarded and deducted per match as follows: Player featured in starting XI +2, substitute appearance +1, goal scored (including penalty shoot-outs) +5, Key Contribution (including own goals +3), sent off -3, yellow card -1 (2 yellow cards leading to a red card will count -3), own goal -3, missed penalty (including penalty shoot-outs) -2. For defenders and goalkeepers only: clean sheet (players completing full match only) +4, clean sheet (players completing part of a match only) +2. Defenders and goalkeepers will lose their clean sheet bonus by conceding one goal and will lose 1 point for every additional goal conceded during their appearance. For goalkeepers only: penalty save (including penalty shoot-outs) +5 (for these points to be awarded the goalkeeper must have prevented the penalty from being scored with some part of his body).

Praying the terms and conditions are wrong.
Edit : It says Clean sheet is +4 so the terms and conditions are out of date. TFF probably just copied and pasted them from last year

Interesting scenario- are they waiting on the update because the penalty's have confused them or the defence points?

If the defence points then surely they have to go with the terms and take away all the extra points gained so far!

Did it temporarily update like last week or hasn't updated at all?

They have updated points and awarded points for penalties. Surely they need to adjust the clean sheets to +4 like robot said if they are being consistent?

And they have changed the terms and conditions now and removed the bit in the scoring points section.

My 'Sick' team scored 57pts last night from 6 players.

I have got to say thought that in this game with the balls up on the T&C the only way to win anything seems to be governed more by luck than skill, in that you need to land on the block defence that keeps a clean sheet and goes onto
a Penalty Shoot Out.

Luckily my sole team had a Atletico Madrid block. If you did not its probably Game Over.

I'm confused now, I was only looking at your post on the phone earlier and hadn't really looked at the detail/terms properly.
On Sams post on page 1 it says 5 points not 4 for clean sheets so where did the 4 come from? If it was 5 from the start.
Also the penalty's are in your post but not Sams post on page 1 so when did they add that they are included.

The original terms and conditions stated +4 for clean sheet and that penalties counted.
The scoring points section of the home page is Sams post, which stated 5 points for CS and that penalties don't count.

Couldn't see much past either bayern or barca block then swapping to real or psg tom for two games.
Would imagine most doing the same, if they clean sheet and you haven't gone that way then no hope of catching.

Noticed they deleted the 8 losing teams today, if the big 4 get through will be very hard to make a team later on without holding the cheap benfica/wolsfsburg enbablers till the end.

I fancy all 4 teams to score personally, may keep the bayern block and change the front 7 (although can you only make 5 changes?)

in 92nd, went bayern also, with suarez

What do you fancy for tomorrow? Madrid block?
I fancy all 4 teams to score personally, may keep the bayern block and change the front 7 (although can you only make 5 changes?)
saying that, not even looked at whats possible with budget yet so who knows :D

Took a chance on Bayern?

Every man and his dog will have gone Bayern.

With that in mind I went Barca with my team in 30th. Thought it might put me in top ten if they kept a CS & Bayern conceded.

Never mind.

yep i imagine bayern and suarez will not be major mover for me, but better keeping in touch than falling further behind. tomorrow is a little less predictable and how transfers are used is obviously going to make the main difference
