Yes sorry folks, there is a bit of a problem with the website at the moment. Aparently my hosts have moved us over to a new server due to some problems they were having with the old one. I just wish they could have given me a bit of advance warning that they were planning this as it would have saved this confusion.
I think what they have done is restored the site from a backup which is obviously a few days out of date, thankfully I have my own backup which was created just after the recent Mdy 15 update, but I'm waiting to see what's going to happen with your recently added selections when the site is fully restored. Hopefully your selections will have been saved to the database but I'll check and reprt back here when I know more.

I have checked the database and all recently submitted selections appear to have been added although there don't seem to be any confirmation emails being posted. You can PM me your selections if you want to make sure they are definately included.
The site is also still showing it's state as it was about a week ago regarding tables etc, but I can restore those with my own back ups so I'm not too worried about that. My main concern is the main navigation menu at the top of the page not loading.
Hopefully it'll be back to normal later today.

Up at the mo but I wouldn't advise picking from Set 3 as 6 of the 10 games are already postponed!

I'm not really quite sure what to do for the best here at the moment. The site seems to be back up now but I may still have to restore the sites data to that just after when the site was updated on Sunday evening which means we'll lose everyones selections that have been submitted since then.
I'm wondering if it may be best all round if this midweek was scrapped/postponed and we can continue when things are back working as they should be.
It's been a right flippin nightmare.

I got 2 good scores on saturday - something like 34 pointsKarrde wrote:There wont be any low scorers surely. I think there is plenty on offer in this midweek!!
I missed Saturdays out though, didnt fancy that at all.
Set 1 this week will be all draws and Set 3 is mostly postponements.
Haven't really studied the UEFA Set 2 yet...

The site has now been restored to how it was Sunday evening, so recently submitted selections will not be showing and therefore will not be counted.
If you want in get picking before 7.30pm this evening. Set 3 has been removed.
My main concern is for the paid teams involved in cup competitions, unless we get a full show from all paid teams the midweek cup games will take place at the weekend.
In due course I will add all those selections that were PMed to me.

Unless we get a full compliment of all involved cup teams:
The Semi Finals of the Champions & Loyalty Cup may be postponed until the weekend.
FA Cup Quarter Final replays may be adandoned.
All those that were PMed to me have now been added.
If anyone wants to check to see if selections have been made or not, log on and see what the submit button says, if the button says update you know they have been added. If it says submit then you'll need to resubmit them.
You can also click on the 'Check your selections' button to see what you've picked.

Hi folks, sorry for all the confusion. My webhosts are really doing my head in at the moment. What's happened is firstly and without warning they moved the Lucky 7's site over to a new server but restored the site from a week out of date backup, but I was able to restore the site with my own backup which was created on Sunday evening, this meant I lost some teams selections which were submitted early Monday/Tuesday, however some email confirmations and PMs came through to me so I was able to resubmit most peoples selections manually.
So by this evening I thought I was done, but then I discovered my webhosts have found a problem with the new server and again without warning! they moved us back to the old server restoring the site from about a day old backup which meant all of the manually added submissions I entered earlier and other teams that entered on Tuesday were lost. Thankfully I keep my own records so I've been able to manually re-enter the Mdy 16 selections once again!
Are you asleep yet? ...
So now because we have gone back to the old server again, it takes time for the DNS to point us back to the proper place causing some overlapping, so some peoples recently added selections will end up going to the wrong place meaning I'll have to check all the recently added Mdy 17 selections to make sure they have gone through to the right place. We should be ok after that! and hopefully there will be no further issues.
