last few hours to join ! Pretty feeble FISO response (what's wrong with all those FPL players ?) As murf says, it's ca la vie and I consider 20 as a fair starting number for a comp where I am happy to provide a little monetary reward.
Amaze me by piling in before 6 pm !

nil FISO reaction so we start with a 13 strong cast complete with morganb artwork to show the state of play as we go along. Do feel free to comment as the games come thick and fast, every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday until just before Christmas.
The opening Tuesday saw MAN U beat PSG somewhat unexpectedly, CHELSEA failing to score but both Serie A teams, JUVENTUS and LAZIO both winning. BARCELONA got 5 and Messi scored. RB LEIPZIG won 2-0 v ISTANBUL. CLUB BRUGGES won in Russia and RENNES were 1-1 against KRASNODAR.

in the second half of day 1 the A to D leaders are Bayern,Shaktar, Man City and Atalanta.All had either 3 or 4 goals and Shaktar saw off Real M 3-2 after leading 3-0 at halftime.
Opening games in the Europa tonight. Arsenal in Austria. Both Leicester and Spurs at home, Rangers away in Belgium and Celtic at home to Milan.

on the road to Gdansk all the UK teams apart from Celtic had wins and there were 8 goals in the game between Villareal and Sivasspor. Don't think anyone considered either of them in their 8 select.

HELP! As far as I can tell Wolfsberg are not in the Europa League (they got knocked out in the qualifiers) but have been selected by 3 players.

By a process of elimination (putting group letters against each team in the groups) they are in Group K and called RZ Pellets WAC on the BBC website.

Also CRVENA ZVEZDA are Red Star Belgrade

the 16 of Man U have had an unproductive night in Istanbul, will they be back at the end of the competition ? Substantial cameo appearances by Cavani and Pogba do not produce anything worthwhile and the Greenwood killer blow in the final minutes does not happen.
