Yeboah's FISO XI 2018/19

Im back once again! I wasnt going to do it this year, but to hell with it!

The team :

Fabianski  Henessey  Fabianski

Trippier  Bertrand  Wan-Bissaka
Van Aanholt  Alonso  Walker
Ward  Maddison  Pereyra  Townsend
Alexander-Arnold  Sigurdsson  Sterling

Salah
Eriksen  B.Silva  Moura  Hazard  Sterling  Sane
Gross  Mane  Laporte
Milivojevic  Mendy  Richarlison  Jimenez

Kane  Jesus  Higuain
Aguero  Aubameyang  Son  Aguero  Jesus

Kane,Aguero & Salah are essential picks imo...and the rest are pretty 'safe' picks for now, going off last seasons form. I will assess the promoted teams players over the coming weeks - Sessegnon & Mitrovic is one im keeping my eye on. Perez at West Ham is cheap as chips...

Pleased to see you back. Gross? I thought he was a bit pricy this year.

Yeah, but worth it if he can replicate last season - still early days! I could swap him for a striker that shows some great VFM..

48 pts is not a bad start - Bertrand came straight in for Tripper, who i made a mistake putting in as i didnt see that he was a doubt. And will he play all the matches as wing back competition is fierce at Spurs..

I don't get people taking Trippier out. He will be back at the weekend, well rested, and will bag an assist and a cleanie. :?

We will see haha. Im starting to think theres more value elsewhere - the RB at Palace with a long weird name looked really good..

Well of course Trippier scored yesterday.

Man City have a 3 for 1 over Spurs now, with Spurs playing two tough games. So Bernardo Silva comes in for Eriksen...KdB missing for a few games aswell. Surprised Sterling is on the bench or i wouldve gone for him.

Milivojic is surely a no brainer out for Richarlison soon..

Not a bad week with Aguero and now Gross scoring. Should have kept Trippier tho :?

Yeah, although Bertrand did look dangerous down the left and nearly set up Ings. I was thinking Gross to Mane tomorrow, but now hes scored hehe...

Mane came into the team last night with a goal to end on a decent 65 pts...although still only at 28517th position.

Sorry, been on hols lately hehe. Anyway, the team is doing pretty poorly - just inside the top 60K. I really need to change from this 3-5-2,get some cheap defenders in and get Hazard in for a start....il see how the saturday players do first.

Transfers today :

Moura  Hazard
Bertrand  Richarlison
Ward  Maddison
Mendy  Wan-Bissaka

No idea why Ward wasnt playing,Mendy was injured...i cant carry on with 5 at the back, seems a waste when players like Richarlison & Maddison have potential to score more points...and Hazard looks to be a must atm. Mane was a player i wanted to keep. Kane & Salah goals yesterday proves you cant think of dropping them like some people have done.

And alas,Hazard doesnt do owt.....but a Fabianski CS is as rare as rocking horse ****..... :D

The team is doing really poorly down in 85K position - ive tried numerous transfers but none have worked...Maddison got a red card,so i took him out,but he wasnt suspended and he scored two in two! Typical of this season!

Aubameyang comes in today for the injured Aguero. Again a couple of games too late though. Im due a big haul soon!

85k ! Blimey that must have been hard work. Going for the wooden spoon by any chance ? Down with the Man U blocks ?. Dust yourself down young man and come back fit and strong in the new year.

I dont know if this is an anomaly this season or im actually losing my touch with this malarky now haha - im normally a top 10k player but this season ive been shocking. Take for example my recent Fabianski to Henessey transfer....Fab has had some CS recently and Henessey didnt even play at the weekend i dont know why! I knew it was a tinker before i did it..

Any ideas on what i can salvage with this team? I need some inspired FA Cup transfers!

Well seeing as this team is doing so poorly i think time for some FA CUP 3rd ROUND PUNTS!!

I plan to use about 3-5 transfers on this...il check out the lineups before and take a punt on someone against a lesser team.

Starting with Spurs tonight and Son...

A nice 13 points from Son last night - next up is Lukaku coming in vs Reading.

I only have 1 transfer left for this week so not sure whether it will be today or a City/Leicester player tomorrow.

My FA Cup 'punts' worked out pretty well :

Son - 1 goal,2 assists
Lukaku - 1 goal
Jesus - 1 goal

Although with City scoring 7 im a bit disappointed Jesus didnt get more.

I have Salah & Jimenez tonight. The team just outside the top 50K now.

Another goal in the FAC last night from Jimenez made this team end on 98 week points which has given it a boost at least!

M SL leader is in the top 3K however - i lie down in 5th.

Sane & Sterling came in for the Man City game vs Wolves - meaning i got a good 31 points from that, including two Jesus goals. Puts the team just outside the top 40K now.

With Kane out, theres no rush to get him back in,so it depends if Aguero replaces Jesus soon.

Walker & Aguero came into the side to join Laporte,Sane & Sterling to give me a big 38 pts from the Man City game - putting the team close to the top 30K.

Alonso & Jesus both made way.

Latest FA Cup punt last night - HIguain. Total failure, but il keep him in and see what he does.

Laporte finally doing the business last night with a goal and CL.....24 points from the City players puts this team just outside the top 30K....so it is still on the rise! The brace from Higgy was a welcome sight aswell.

Still way off the SL leader, who is still in the top 5K.

A couple of FAC Cup punts this weekend - Jesus came back in yesterday for a nice 8 points and ive gone for Townsend today.

Sane's 10 points yesterday took the team into the top 30K - a season high.
