The Blackburn v Watford match was listed in Round 29 anyway. Let's see what they do. I think they will need somebody to talk them through it.

Yeah, I know.

(although I had Gerrard as Captain, the downside is I also had Robert Green as goalkeeper for Round 29)

some of my round 28 players have changed.i took out fake and drogba and arteta was captain.
i cant even be bothered now.

Ok guys i called the american number after having no luck with the other one. He was totally unaware that they had made the mistake, but agreed that those scores should have been in round 29.

as for my weekly teams for round 28 (that i was 1st and 2nd with overall) they have completley deleted them! they said i did them after the deadline but i made sure i didnt so im pretty annoyed!

yeah he said he was calling me back later but he definatly said they had done it wrong and was going to sort it out.

On top of this problem, I have noticed a problem with my team at least and the lockdown time for Round 28.
I am pretty sure there is a cock up here also.
My teams for Round 27 and Round 28 are identical.

I did make my changes fairly close to kick off for Round 28 as I was waiting for the teams for Man City-Charlton. Has anyone else got identical teams for Round 27 and Round 28 (although I'd say most people have almost given up now)?

I wondered why I had so many transfers available now when I had used them all up before.

Now, I am only guessing but I think the Round 28 lockdown time has been changed to 5PM BST on 6th April instead of 5.10PM BST.

I have a similar problem with Round 28, I think the lockdown time may have been slightly too early as Round 27 and Round 28 teams are identical for me in the main game.
I am guessing they have used 16.00 GMT and not 16.10 GMT for Round 28. If you look at the lockdown time, it might give you a hint in Round 28.

It gets worse, I now notice that I have no Round 28 team in the Weekly One pound competition (they have deleted mine also).

Been away for a while. It's so nice to see things have been sorted.

Youre not the only one.
My round 28 team in the main game has been replaced with my round 27 team (similarly my freebie team).

He also took my number on Friday and said he would ring me back.

Can't even get through to the States number now today, you get automatically forwarded to their answering machine (or at least I do).

Also, they still haven't moved the four games to Round 29.

yeah all my teams have been reset to round 27 very annoying! I managed to get through to the states and he was pretty unhelpful but basically sed hes waiting for some guy to call him back and that he had emailed him all th eproblems..

just called the american number and spoke to a guy called mike, he said the other guy was over with the tech people right now trying to sort it out.. he said should be sorted in next 3-4 hours not holding by breath though!

Is he trying to sort out both issues?
1) the four matches that should be in Round 29
2) the reinstating of Round 28 teams that have been deleted (submitted just before Round 28 deadline).

at least you get the same quality service that i get

i've had a go if it's not done by tomorrow i'll have another go.

they promised to phone back several times and NEVER DID.

they also told me unprompted that the quarterly prizes would show up. they NEVER HAVE.

i do think they just LIE through their teeth to get rid of you then don't have the decency to get back.

is it possible they are an EVEN WORSE outfit than the hopelessly inept times/sun team?
