Re: Jan 30th -31 APAT team event
Did I make the cut? Got 14th in this weekends Sunday Storm from 30K Not sure the 8 million pot I got knocked out on will get Fiso approval though
Do we really need new Fiso kit, I've only worn my 2014 one twice Was thinking of taping over the 4 Otherwise, I'm a medium

Looks like you have your 8. I'll graciously decline then, would be really difficult to get the Friday off and might even have to work that weekend. Will certainly be cheering you on from afar.

Re: Jan 30th -31 APAT team event
I'll be driving from Manchester on the Friday, hopefully setting off around 4.00pm.
On the Sunday I'll be driving from Luton to Swindon as I'm working in Swindon on the Monday.
Happy to give a lift if anyone can fit in with the above!

Thinking I might get the train (few tinnies in 1st ) as I'll struggle to get to Manchester for 4pm as I work in Bolton. Any room heading Manchester way on the Sunday?Hotpot wrote:I'll be driving from Manchester on the Friday, hopefully setting off around 4.00pm.

Re: Jan 30th -31 APAT team event
The Friday night Tourney is a little on the expensive side £50+6 with a rebuy/add on option and unlimited re-entries 10k chips. Thoughts?

This is probably the most sensible option PaulHotpot wrote:Forget the tourney and get pissed instead!
Although we could always have a few friendlyish SNG's whilst getting pished Or we could see what delights the Luton nightlife has to offer

Re: Jan 30th -31 APAT team event
Friday.
Made sure I was working an early shift
Aiming to get off a little early and head up before rush hour.
Need to double check I have a room and who's name it's booked in . I may be one of the first there?
Oh, and who am I sharing with?

Everyone has a bed!
I've booked and paid for 4 twin rooms. Haven't given much thought to who's sharing with who, but if you PM me your mobile I'll text you the booking details so you can get checked in.

Re: Jan 30th -31 APAT team event
Hi all,
Been so busy recently haven't had time to reply - so apologies for that - but over the hump now and back in to real life.
Planning Friday as, as an non-morning person, getting there on Saturday would not be a good idea - even though it's (I think) just a short(ish) direct train from the south coast.
Happy to poker it on Friday night - but a £50 rebuy is a bit steep for me - sit'n'gos if poss would work.
Thanks for sorting the accommodation Hotpot - just room me with a sensible person please - and spirey for sorting the other financials - much appreciated
Be great to see the guys I met in Newcastle however many years ago that was - and those I haven't (kizkiz and digs).
(Hotpot - I'll pm my mobile for the booking details)
