Good morning folks
So I haven't played TFF since about 2016 ish. Loved it back in the day, as it was the best ff game by far but got a little bit fed up in the end and then veered towards FPL and The Sun ff games, as these were the competitions the people played at work.
Now FPL is still going strong but I have been invited to partake in a works TFF league. Would be rude not to.
So I'm guessing a few things have changed over the last 4/5 years ? Twas 20 transfers, early bird entries, all that shizzle back in the good ol' days.
Looking at some of the comments, it does seem to have changed a bit for the worst and and lost a few fans
But if anyone can summarise the main points now, what way to go formation wise, transfers without me having to trawl through the T & C, that would be appreciated
Been away from TFF for a while...what's changed ?

40 transfers. 5 per game week max. Transfer in between games up to kick off time. Loads of strikers in midfield picks.
Formation is anybodies guess. I’m starting 433

40 transfers and intra-flange transfers have been in for a few years. A bit more recent was the free entry and 5 team limit
This year they have scrapped KCs and bought in (single) 'assists'
Prize money dwindling towards zero and Del Horno still injured
Main positive change though was the introduction of my Highlander sidegame/superleague which together with the other leagues on here (Eggcup, Block league, long standing cash leagues) keeps us old hands active and just about enjoying it
Best formation is debatable and depends on who is on form. Defenders have been good value but the lack of 532 this year makes a 5 man defence less flexible for rotating big hitters (midfielders for forwards and viceyversey).

Deadline is midnight tonight to join if you want to play the Eggcup.
Looks like there will probably be 2 spaces available in the Block Defence league. Hopefully get the team picks all finalised tomorrow.

Eggcup and Block League would be good ones for Mr Bluenosey to go for.
