Just as a matter of interest and take what you will from this, my best team that didn't have anybody playing last night only dropped 90 odd places from 353rd to 448th which would indicate Kane is rather lightly selected by those in and around me.

Problem with Lukaku/ Sanchez is it feels like it could be a one game punt.

Reading are next to bottom of the Championship and only have 2 draws (+3 defeats) in their last 5. Conceded 41 in 26 league games. Looks a moderately strong Reading team but even their first choice XI should get swept aside. I'm on.

Not so sure, at least not in January. I believe more in the rumour of the swap loan deal Morata / Higuaín.Eddie Elbows wrote: ↑05 Jan 2019, 12:13Lot's of rumours he's off to Chelsea.Darbyand wrote: ↑05 Jan 2019, 11:31 United XI vs Reading: Romero, Dalot, Young, Jones, Darmian, Fred, Pereira, McTominay, Mata, Sanchez, Lukaku.

Angelo Ogbonna's effort appears to come off the Blues' keeper's head and, there is Austrian Marko Arnautovic to finish off from close range.

Nice. I went long on Arnautovic exclusively so I’m feeling clever (until Luka scores 4). With credit and thanks to Darbyand for making a comment last night that changed my mind on my original plan to sit on my hands

Still don't think VAR should be used to determin judgement type offences like fouls in the pen area

Between this and the mata (not Luka) pen, the fantasy gods are sticking it to those trying to make a move...

According to Twitter (so it must be true) it was precautionary and Arnie was NOT happy. Time will tell.

As I said - rumours largely based around the signing of Solanke.Lucky wrote: ↑05 Jan 2019, 12:31Not so sure, at least not in January. Of all the (non big 6) teams in the league, Bournemouth are probably the ones who least need a big money striker... unless losing one.

Feeling resigned to the Lukaku transfer being a waste, lol.

The Arnie situation does sound totally precautionary from reports I can see. I find that as baffling as Kane coming on last night. Unless Pellegrini thinks the game is done and dusted at 1-0 after 18 minutes! If you were prepared to start Arnie at all, the mindset change is very odd. Least it’s not a wasted transfer!Dr Van Nostrand wrote: ↑05 Jan 2019, 13:21 Phew both transfers delivered. Alteast Arnie isn't injured and should start the first game v Arse

I'm leaning towards KDB as should have a field day at home vs Rotherham

Don't get the extra game though with KDB, if that's your plan.
