Terrible decision - Poch would look stupid if Kane gets injured.
I reckon the Manager of the week team will be on 80-90 points after this game - somebody must have thrown in a full Spurs team
MOTW was over 100 on Tuesday!
....ahhh yes of course - easy to get lost on which 'week' is which when you don't enter the MOTW :)

Llorente owned by 0.1, aurier 0.3 so no damage done. Son 5.9% but gets only 13 points to Kane's 6.

For those who punted on moura... Ouch 😂

Kane to Lukaku for a 3-1, where Kane's 1 is at home to Man U is quite appealing if you could be sure that Lukaku would start that game and at home to Brighton. If Lukaku got a hat-trick v Reading it wouldn't seem so bad to bale out straight back to Kane straight away.

In fact 17 teams have a 3-1 over Spurs if you can pick the player who will start their respective Cup game and the following two league games. At least the Cup game comes first, which is a bit of a help!

App says scores are updated but Kane's points are unchanged.

Anybody got any other Spuds to check?

Murf, I’ve had the same thing. No change to Kane or Son scores despite the 22:28 update

Yeah same here - says updated but no change to my (Kane) scores

Also checked leaderboards and 1st and 100th placed teams/scores are the same so they just haven't updated anything by the look of it - apart from the bit where it says ... updated :)

Give him a chance, he has done the home team's scores.

The only problem I have with this is that I sense Ole will want to give Rashford and Martial their fair share of pitch time (at least until Lukaku and Sanchez have proven their worth). I’m not convinced either of them will definitely hold their starting berths in the next league game.

I have to confess to having paid less attention to United games towards the end of Jose’s tenure but from what I did see of Lukaku before his absence, I’m not convinced he will turn around his form as quickly as Pogba has.

Cue me looking silly tomorrow....

My top team (with Kane only) went from 2,791 to 2,799 .... down 8 places

My 2nd best team (Kane only) went from 8,529 to 8,500 .... up 29 places

My 'worst' team (Kane only) went from 42,107 to 41,640 .... up 467 places

....so nothing much in it. I did note the overall leader (as was) didn't get a point and was overtaken by two former leaders. It's going to be a fun run-in I reckon.

United XI vs Reading: Romero, Dalot, Young, Jones, Darmian, Fred, Pereira, McTominay, Mata, Sanchez, Lukaku.

WEST HAM XI:
Adrian, Antonio, Diop, Ogbonna, Masuaku Rice, Obiang, Nasri, Diangana, Arnautovic, Xande Silva.

Looking elsewhere at the early kick offs Wilson not in the squad for Bournemouth.

Did you have Kane as well? I had plenty of Sons but that Kane goal really shafted me as it lessened the differentiation

Lukaku and Arnautovic could do some real damage in those games.

Pope back for Burnley.

That United team is solid which makes Lukaku and Sanchez tempting.

Anyone know if it’s a full strength Reading team? Don’t know whether to gamble or go with my planned move to swap Kane to aubameyang for a 2-0

I'd have to do Kane to Lukaku. Not sure I want to be Kane-less against a poor Man U defence next week

That's the fear...
But equally (as per last night) - Martial, Rashford & Felipe Anderson could come on and bag a brace, and your transferred in man United player dropped for the Spurs game.

If the transfers are there..then why not. If you're below the average expected for this time of year...it could be a case of hiding behind the couch.

Do both as Aub plays later? 1 extra transfer for a potential points bonanza.

Reading have a New Manager who doesn't really know his best team yet. Looking at the team looks a bit of a mix. The best forwards are on the bench but he plays his best goalie.

Danny Loader up front is a World Cup winner, he's not lead the line for the first team but is legendary at U23 level. The defence is probably the strongest available but is prone to conceding soft goals. Reading haven't scored many since Clement was sacked in Nov and don't have Bodvarsson on the bench which is a loss. Swift has been in good form under Gomes.

But if Aub doesn't play you're left with Lukaku and no Kane for next weeks clash 🤔

Man U are on form and play first the next week so only a medium sized sofa/cajones combo required to hold fire another week (if Lukaku starts) - or other 2 for 0s are available!

Reading are next to bottom of the Championship and only have 2 draws (+3 defeats) in their last 5. Conceded 41 in 26 league games. Looks a moderately strong Reading team but even their first choice XI should get swept aside. I'm on.

Ok - in my 6 teams I have brought in 4 Arnautovics and 3 Lukakus .... fortune favours the brave and all that.

... or a fool and his money etc.
