That's the point - I would normally suspect that but it rarely occurs in ligaments!

Could just be stiff knees (Maguire was out too?) from the flying? As before, ligaments range from a fooooked ACL to a bit of a twinge and I assume Southgate is OK with them not turning up, so they just need some words etc for the Press\Plebs.

It does seem as though nobody wants to play for England. I binned Maddison just incase it's serious and he has looked off form for weeks.

Dunno, he was just sat there and then hobbled off, so soft tissue, maybe hamstring?

@Sieben. I agree. Too many managers are too reluctant to make a transfer just before an international break, and there are some good reasons for this reluctance. However it shouldn't be overdone. I've held Maddison from the start but recently he hasn't been pulling up trees and with the level of uncertainty about his injury dumping him seems logical. It's unlikely to be a horror error even if he is only suffering internationalitis. Also at his price, he can be brought back into your team for virtually any other player who gets injured in the next few weeks, formation permitting.

Completely agree. I also started with him but felt he was slowing down. I have wanted to get Anderson for a while and after last week's performance it was an easy decision. If I want a player I don't care if it's internationals. Injuries happen at any time and that's what 40 transfers are for. I don't do 3 for 1 transfers until later in the season when I know I don't need them.

Did anyone see the spurs game? How was Harry - getting v itchy finger but looking for reasons to keep as he has to start slotting big points soon - doesn't he? Their games over the next 2 months aren't the easiest either...

Apologies for not being of more help, but I didn't see him go down (ooo er missus), and it was far too early to be Internationalitis, but it was pi55ing down so maybe he didn't like being wet?

Kane to Firmino/Sterling/Lacazette/Aubameyang maybe Hazard tempting me. Spurs not scoring many and tougher upcoming fixtures.
Look to bring Kane back for his usual hat trick on December 5th if you go with Sterling.

Or bring back on Dec 8th if you have a big enough sofa.

Isn't it only the only the next two that are tougher for Spurs though?

Then it's a decent little run starting with the potential goal fest that is Southampton.

I was going to ask the same question. I think I'm going Trippier to Trent AA where I can.

Oh hang on, if it's internationals next week I might not.
