TFF chit chat 29th and 30th September and 1st October
SATURDAY 29TH SEPTEMBER
West Ham 12:30 Man Utd
Saturday's early fixture sees Manchester United heading to London to take on West Ham. Mourinho is under pressure after Utd's midweek Cup loss whereas the Hammers had an emphatic win against lower league opposition. Will Arnautovic be fit for this one? Will World Cup winner Pogba turn up?
Arsenal 15:00 Watford
The first of the 3 o'clocks sees an almost London derby with the North London's Gunners against the slightly North of London's Hornets. Arsenal's front line of Aubameyang and Lacazette have suddenly discovered their shooting boots though the defence is a bit porous. Watford are still in the top 4 but Deeney has been playing like a man with broken toes.
Everton 15:00 Fulham
At Goodison, Fulham are the visitors. Everton will be glad that Richarlison returned from suspension last weekend and didn't subsequently get injured or suspended again. Fulham are doing alright for Premier League new boys and Mitrovic is on fire at the moment.
Huddersfield 15:00 Tottenham
Lowly Huddersfield welcome Spurs to the Kirklees stadium this afternoon. The Terriers appear to be suffering from second season syndrome whereas rumours of Harry's explosives going a bit damp are highly overrated and hopefully he's had sufficient beauty sleep during the week.
Man City 15:00 Brighton
To the Ethiad now where Brighton have travelled all the way from the South Coast to take on Manchester City. City haven't been as all conquering as expected this season and Brighton have shown a fair bit of fight recently, coming back from 2-0 down on a couple of occasions.
Newcastle 15:00 Leicester
Leicester are the visitors to St James Park this week where Newcastle have not had a win all season. Leicester have found a good player in Maddison and with Vardy in front of him the Foxes should have a comfortable season. Newcastle have an air of doom about them already.
Wolves 15:00 Southampton
Wolves are the highest placed of the newly promoted teams however it's hard to pick out their star player (it's certainly not Jota). Southampton will be glad to welcome Ings back after he was unable to play last weekend.
Chelsea 17:30 Liverpool
In Saturday’s late match we have the game of the weekend where Chelsea take on top of the table Liverpool. Chelsea drew first blood in midweek when they beat an under strength ‘Pool side with Hazard coming on for a late cameo and winning the game.
SUNDAY 30TH SEPTEMBER
Cardiff 16:00 Burnley
Sunday's solitary match sees the Welsh Wizards from Wales welcoming Burnley to the originally named Cardiff City Stadium. Burnley achieved their first League win last weekend but were then promptly dumped out of the Cup. Cardiff can only dream of being as good as Burnley!
MONDAY 1ST OCTOBER
Bournemouth 20:00 Crystal Palace
This week's Monday night fixture sees Crystal Palace popping down to the beach for a kickabout against Dorset's finest, Bournemouth. The Cherries suffered a heavy defeat last weekend but will be hoping to bounce back against low scoring Palace.
Next match is on FRIDAY 5TH OCTOBER
West Ham 12:30 Man Utd

Great write up as always morganb.
No subs planned this weekend for me which is good as I'm on the West Coast so definitely won't be up for the games. Hopefully can let it ride till after the next international break. Hopefully...

Re: TFF chit chat 29th and 30th September and 1st October
Cech off - R5 commentary suggesting a hamstring injury.
4 goals so far - all to big names - Kane(2), Sterling and Vardy - 3 out of 4 for my Highlander team (which is nice)
Anybody seen the Citeh goal? R5 summariser suggested it was Sterling (Sane, Aguero). Was it?

Salah subbed, good news for those on a Hazard 4-2 or similar.

Anybody smart enough to have put Hazard in should definitely not be thinking of selling him. With Salah's injury last season it's no surprise that he is sluggish. Aubameyang to get the boot for me. Could have done it today.

I think TFF have left the intern in charge. One aborted update already following the site going down before that.
