You need to pick first team with free credit before season ticket option becomes available.
Response from Telegraph (I wasn't going mad after all):

It looks like your account is missing the 1 allowed free credit for the Premier League or Championship game I'm afraid. I'll get this checked into and you will be able to select 1 free team for either the Premier League or Championship game once the issue has been corrected and credit has been added.
The Telegraph haven't bothered to fix the issue though. No response since the initial response so looks like I won't be playing the game this year.

Does anyone know if TFF (or maybe someone on FISO) maintains a list of players added and removed from the game since the initial player list was published?

Apologies if there is an obvious thread that I have managed to miss...

@ raoul,

To identify player changes, you could compare original launch list in July at https://fantasyfootball.telegraph.co.uk ... FMREDIRECT
with current version at TFF or else on Bramernic site: https://www.fantasysports.org.uk/tfflist.php

Mawson has been added today. £3.3m.

I don't think I will be putting Mawson in my team. Just overpriced for my liking. 3.0m max should been his price.

My thought too. As much as he should start every single game, I don't have enough faith in Fulham to pay Burnley/Leicester/Everton prices.

Is it just me?

When I scroll down the transfers some players are blurred

Is my tablet trying to help?

Don’t play it then. ;)

I suspect they’re doing updates. Might be giving it a facelift.

Then again, website might be f*cked.

thanks for that @SamD.

My problem is my paranoia that I miss one, when in fact a quick perusal every 2-3 days does the trick. I need to chill a bit...

Fulham about to sign Callum Chambers on loan. I'm guessing he'd play right back - Fredericks' replacement maybe.

Been in my draft team from the start and will be staying, didn't really want him to hit a brace yesterday as I was hoping he was not on too many people's radar

The brace brought him into my team, quick rejig saw me do Richarlison, David Luiz and Bailly to Coady, Jota and Aguero. Still not convinced that's the right move, but Everton being a bit cack and Jota apparently played up front helped me pull the trigger.

Aguero been in draft since the start , also didn’t want the brace yesterday ha ha , his ownership jumped from 16% yesterday morn , to 22% today

Jota does play up top , left of a front 3 , and was directly involved in 22 Goals last season

Aguero always lets me down but he is on my shortlist as a stopgap til the (final stages) WC players get back fit/on form

I had promised myself I was avoiding the Aguero rotation roulette this year...

Quick plug for some FISO Superleagues:

Highlander Killer Cup League - a fun league where the lowest scoring team gets evicted every week or two until there is only one left (there can be only one). I started this last year and I think it was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone (at least until they got knocked out). One team each, no other constraints.

2019 League - Quite simple, we all start with the same team and NO TRANSFERS ALLOWED til 2019 so we have a massive hare race with 40 transfers form Jan 1st. One team each.

FISO 500 League - Again simple but just the opposite of the ultra-tortoise 2019 league in that we have an ultra-hare race to 500 points burning up transfers like there is no tomorrow. Usually won in October but I managed it by September 30th last year - can you beat that???

Drunken League - A straightforward, free, league with entry limited to 2 teams each.

Eggcup League - One of the longest running and most enjoyable superleagues on FISO. Concept is we all start with the same team and then go our own way with transfers to see who manages that team best. Open teams with transfers announced on the thread to keep the banter high. Spaces available in the Championship league (can you win promotion?).

£25 league - The long-running blue riband of FISO Leagues. £25 entry. All entry cash paid to winners. One team each. Hurry, hurry.

£10 league - Like the £25 league but just a tenner.....

£20 league - Kevchenko's £20 version

£22, 2 Foot league - Like the £25 and £10 leagues but, err, £22 - and you get TWO TEAMS EACH

Hotshots League - A league for the Golden Boot competition

Xpander - Teams start with a restricted budget which is slowly (and agonisingly) relaxed throughout the season.

Any more?

Many of you on here knew Milan Gajic who went by Elkmaster on here...

Over t'other side we are running a Cancer Research Charity League in TFF where a % will be donated from prize pool.

£20 entry. Prize breakdown dependent on numbers

You get given a starting 11 chosen by last years winner who was Tim Bisley / Maldini and you can make 4 pre season changes. You'll need to declare your starting 11

You are then only allowed 10 transfers until new year - so you'll need to screenshot your transfer count 31 dec...

Thread is here:

PM me on there or here for bank details and i will try keep track.... hopefully off on my jollys soon - so excuse tardiness of payment confirmation etc

Usual mini league disclaimers blah blah.... but plenty on here can vouch for me paying out within a day or two of season end

Thanks

Yorkshire Exile,

Sounds like a great league and a good way to pay tribute/respect to Elkmaster but I am trying to minimise my teams this year and have them all allocated, otherwise I'd have been there, sorry.

Have you got past the point of registering? Quite a few are having initial log in issues.
