De Bruyne benched and no Sterling. Worst outcome with Aguero starting.

De Bruyne missing might hinder Aguero but who is more likely to do well, Sanchez vs Chelsea or Aguero vs Wigan.

Setting my sights low tonight - if Aguero can avoid getting a booking I'll reach double figures for this week's points!

Is bringing Sane in for 1 game worth it if you have 20 transfers?

Aguero has Wigan, Arsenal & Chelsea whilst Lukaku has Chelsea.
Not sure why I didn't notice this before.

In he comes across the board.

Slightly flawed as Lukaku will have a second game so unless you get Lukaku back it’s not a 3-1. Next weekend We will be wanting Spurs players in.

It would have been a major dilemma for me if Sterling had started - to bring him back or not.

In his absence I think Gundogan is still a tempter.

Wigan have a good defensive record though. It remains to be seen whether they are up to this level of "reserve" team .

Exactly. Wigan no mugs. We saw yesterday what can happen. I never like a transfer for one game, little margin for error. Can get decent reward (Giroud on Friday) or very little (Son yesterday). Good luck if you go for it. Sane can be great if in full flow..

This just got very interesting, Delph red.

Was definitely reckless. Would like to understand decision making process though.

Ref friend of mine says they keep their notebook on the back of the yellow card. Could be why he clearly had the yellow out first before changing it to red?

Looking forward to second half now!

With the benefit of the first half under my belt I am starting to recall my history of hopeful, enthusiastic Aguero transfers that end up being low point, short term disasters.

I would love for city go out. It would certainly shake things up at the top of the leader board as so many of the teams around me are city heavy.

What I don't want is a replay, that would be the worst outcome

Sane off at half time .. injury or just tactical? Annoying either way!

Waste of a transfer for me. He was only coming in for this game. I was going to bring Firmino in on Saturday but I’m now thinking either Ali or Eriksen against Palace and then hoping Poch plays a strong team against Rochdale. What do you reckon?
