Any Fiso Chelsea fans coming up to Glasgow at the weekend?

My son does not know which shirt to wear Rangers or Chelsea, so he is going to take both and change over at half time

Reading between the lines he isn't eligible (not played 75% of games) without pleading a special case.

Barcelona midfielder Deco has admitted he would be tempted by a reunion with Jose Mourinho at Chelsea.
The Portuguese playmaker was the creative lynchpin of Mourinho's all-conquering Porto side before moving to the Nou Camp, where after a scintillating start to career in Spain he appears to have fallen out of favour.
Summer speculation has linked the 29-year-old with a move away from Catalonia, and Deco has revealed that a move to Stamford Bridge would be tempting.

Update on Drogba's knee injury - looks like he may be out for approx 10 days, missing either 2 or 3 matches.

Also some comment about Shevchenko (+ Kalou, Wayne Bridge, Michael Ballack and Claude Makelele) in that article.

Though apparently it'll be another couple of weeks before he'll be considered for selection:

I came in here looking for the latest on Ballack in the post-Jose world. Nothing posted since 14th August. I miss tom4nash. Surely there must be some Chelsea fans on FISO prepared to update this thread?

The biggest problem from my point of view is that the main source for me was the official site which is now amongst the biggest pieces of crap on the web. It is without question the worst EPL site in terms of look, functionality and information from being one of the best, I don't use it any more but there is the problem that it is the official site so the one that SHOULD contain the accurate information.

Injury news from Sky Sports

Drogba is back in training following injury but Grant is expected to resist the temptation to recall him, while Lampard is not set to come back for another week or two.

The visit of Fulham also comes too soon for Ricardo Carvalho, so Tal Ben Haim is likely to partner John Terry in central defence.

John Obi Mikel is suspended following his red card against Manchester United, while Michael Ballack is still out with an ankle injury.

A statement has been released today (Thursday) following Frank Lampard's injury.

The statement says: 'Scans today have revealed a tear in Frank Lampard's right thigh. The tear is not in the same leg that Frank injured earlier this season. He will begin his rehabilitation immediately and we hope to have him back playing within a few weeks.'

Frank Lampard (who Grant estimates will be out for two-to-three weeks with a thigh strain) and Claude Makelele, recovering from an ear operation, are the latest to join those unfit to play while Ricardo Carvalho and Ashley Cole are both banned from Saturday afternoon's game.
