30.89km so far.

I'm counting my thursday run. Did another today but as it was a) shorter, b) at virtually as slow a pace and c) my watch messed up then we'll go with Thursday's.

I have my Friday run to post up. It was very slow as it was largely off road and on a local mountain but I haven't upgraded so will post it up now.

41.34 of 42.20 km done

Just 860m to go.

The ideal time for a newbie to join us with their first ever run.

Or a regular could add their first run of the "weekend" or maybe one of you already invluded could upgrade a tad.

Looks like we were 860m short last week just using one run each of human FISOers... so I'll credit that to my dog, Faye using a small section of the other of our two runs. Call it 00:05:30. I can't be bothered adding up the times so we'll move onto next week....

61st Weekly FISO Coronavirus Marathon Relay

GO!

murf 5.38km 0:33:15
TOTAL - 5.38km 0:33:15

To Go: 36.82km

Actually did about 5.8km but didn't log the start as my watch was slow waking up. A little bit flatter and easier this morning as we haven't been running that well (and I may go for a long walk tomorrow) and it felt a bit better despite it being a bit warmer than ideal. Might upgrade later in the weekend.

I added another 300m or so yesterday trying to plod round a 5k but probably not doing my knee any good at the time, but not enough to bother counting though.

Hoping I'll be back on it on Sunday but possibly not before then

Adding to the crocks list, I am resting my hamstring niggle, planning between 5 and 7k Monday.

Sounds like we'll need it with the latest injury crisis!

I did a maximum of 10k today. 55:59.

Any further and I might have joined the rest of you in the physio room.

(Nice run, Neath boy, by the way.)

Good running guys.

5.38 + 12.88 + 10 = 28.26

Just under 14 to to go. I might upgrade mine slightly tomorrow (8ish?) so 11.5ish needed.

Upgrading to this morning's "not very easy 9km run" including some stoney lake shore and other off road bits and gradients I'll mention in a poor effort to excuse my slow time:

62nd Weekly FISO Coronavirus Marathon Relay

GO!

Brightwater 10.46km 1:00:06
Neath Boy 10.00km 0:52:55
murf 8.99km 0:58:24

TOTAL - 29.45km 2:51:25

To Go: 12.55km
