Good man. Are they starting tomorrow? My local one is but only about 1 in 4 are overall. Mostly landowner permission issues....
Council park course, starting 18th April.

7k earlier this evening in 39:51.

Not sure if that's enough, as Mystery's declaration is still, well, a mystery.

29.21 declared.

Add in Mystery 's undeclared 10k then we are 3k short. I'm planning on 'upgrading' by at least that much tomorrow.

Held off my run until today. But likely to stay at or near 10k but out for another one just now.

But you can have 10k exactly in 1:02:47

Better run today (because of not having any hills in it) so a spare 6.84km in 39:53

I am not sure if I will be running again this weekend so happy to start the week with this one if it isn’t too early.

52nd Weekly FISO Coronavirus Marathon Relay

GO!

Neath Boy 13.37km 1:11:35 (thursday but we may fall short if I don't include it)
Brightwater 8.33km 0:45:43
murf 8.61km 0:57:14

TOTAL - 30.31km - 2:54:32

To Go: 11.89km

Slight 'cheat' on what I included, hopefully the cross section below and these segment times will show why I walked a certain bit and so didn't include it!

4.2km 29:42 (about 150m of ascent, average 1 in 28)
1.2km 23:59 (about 250m of ascent, average 1 in 5!)
4.41km 27:32 (some nice downhill and some tricky bits)
Total 9.81km 1:21:13

6.17km in 32:57 earlier.

Some admirable shifts from the rest of you, so not too far to go for anyone else who fancies the anchor leg.

Not a bad result. Just a moderate exercise, although I would prefer a classic run - it is more effective for burning calories.

Cheers Murf getting there. I did manage a 2.5km run on the beach at Tenby yesterday but not yet up to running on hard road surfaces. Should be fine for next weekend.
