First Junior Parkruns start tomorrow

After 1 Run Director outing, Brightwater jr is now co Event Director at Roding Valley Juniors.

Good man. Are they starting tomorrow? My local one is but only about 1 in 4 are overall. Mostly landowner permission issues....

Council park course, starting 18th April.

But you can have 10k exactly in 1:02:47

Cheers Murf getting there. I did manage a 2.5km run on the beach at Tenby yesterday but not yet up to running on hard road surfaces. Should be fine for next weekend.
