"we turned up to Radio stations in US, and they said you are white" Average White Band.

I didn't know Donovan was Scots, but then I struggle with why he is an influence etc, while really like Hurdy Gurdy.

But then Creation bod saying JaMC Psychocandy is loaded with Bay City Rollers I get - but then I think Joy Division are loaded with the Carpenters.

Oh my, Chirpy Chirpy were Scots too

I thought it was great when Auntie brought out Radio Bloke aka Radio 5.
It worked very well indeed. Has it become victim of it's own success?
Now it is Radio Gal . Swashed in between men sports coverage.
I now have to sporadically tune in and out depending on content. Such inconvenience.

Too much wishy washy politics now. Only tune to 5 for footie commentary. A bit like Talkshite.

6 Music remains brilliant (80% of the time)

5 before the Live was very, very good. I remember Inverdale interviewing Gazza's agent after he crashed and was recovering and his fear of crowds and going to a match.... And playing the Buzzcocks as an interlude 8-)

I came back here as BBC4 was a really good Elvis Documentary thing on, which will be on i-player Saturday.

The Scots music thing was seriously brilliant.

Evel Kinevel Doc on I player. Seriously brilliant, and that was his real surname    I'd have sworn it was a play on effing Evil

I won't spoil it for the ignorant young bucks on here, but it is a delightful reminder of when ski jumpers crashed, f1 had crashes....

Enslaved is rather good. I'm not overly into Celeb (Samuel Jackson in this case) Documentaries etc, but this is quite good despite the over dramatisation of diving and proving the known...

Available on IPlayer and they mean anchor when they say anchor 😂

Robert Small is a forgotten hero and a bio film is a guaranteed multi Oscar winning thang.
