The FanTeam boss I contacted has checked and agrees the subs system is not working properly and has got his development team working on it. Hopefully will be sorted.
Basically each extra defender you have you get minus points to a maximum of 9. Let me be clear this is for the weekly game not the seasonal, I presume!!!
Only issue i have is when in china, most VPNS i have tried are blocked there now. I get round it there by using TeamViewer to access my PC in the UK and then do the changes there

I know if i was connecting with a forum for issues etc , it would be easier them getting filtered first by the forum Admin
So many people knock games on these forums these days, I'm trying a positive mindset on this one, its the first of its kind (well , at the moment) , and believe they are doing a good job and where there are issues they are responding quickly
Frank
- not to much of an issue for me as i wont be entering loads, ... Cujo - 100 Teams, Bogginho, 51, Michailovic 36, Sandor 31 etc etc might be an issue for ... and i expect their numbers will increase this week

Just entered the 2 euro weekend game, in the points scoring section it says 0.5pts for a save, do we know if that's literally for 1 save, so 6 saves would be 3pts.
Also you get penalised for having more than 1 defender from the same team in your team!

Still on.y 1824 registered as of now, there really is a very good chance of recouping at least your fee on this.

Which is my experience too and whilst I can get the subs to swap places if I refresh the team the changes aren't saved.Aldershot Rejects wrote: ↑05 Aug 2019, 14:13I can get them to swap but can't get the swap to save, when I click on 'update team' it says 'no changes have been made.'

It's not a problem, it's designed like that. I suppose to put people of block defences.Agent Overson wrote: ↑05 Aug 2019, 15:34Penalised how?
All these problems really is putting me off!

Update - they are working on fixing the sub order and how to change it. Hopefully up and running tomorrow. The easiest way right now is to just select the sub order you want and for example change vice captain to trigger the change.
P.S. As Ronny says, the stacking penalty for Block defences is not relevant for the season game, strictly the daily format for main events!

So I have been pending since Saturday....is this normal?
Everyone else seems to be verified pretty quickly?
(User name is Rickyrosa if you would be so kind as to give the manager a nudge please Admin)?

Re: FanTeam - FPL game with 250,000 euros of prizes
Please can anyone (Admin) confirm whether the game is accessible from the US (i.e. California and other non-sports betting states)? I spend time in the US every so often and don't want to pay to play if I can't make changes etc whilst over there.
Some fantasy games like Sky block access in the US, so make them not worthwhile for me. I'm looking for a few new season long games to play, with ever decreasing games around.
Thanks for any help.

You could get yourself a VPN, i use IP Vanish when i am abroad - you will be able to access the sites from anywhere then. IPVanish is a paid subscription - there are other free ones. I think TunnelBear gives the first 500mb free, and i wouldnt expect you to go over that just for fantasy games.Muddy wrote: ↑06 Aug 2019, 11:13Please can anyone (Admin) confirm whether the game is accessible from the US (i.e. California and other non-sports betting states)? The US is restricted along with a bunch of other countries.
Considering the amount of interest/questions about the game on FISO, why hasn't a FanTeam rep joined FISO to answer all these questions like FantasyBet have? Kudos to FantasyBet for showing they care.
Along with all the bugs (you'd think they'd have tested the game prior to launch), I expect that once the season kicks off and funds are in, FanTeam won't give two hoots if issues arise.

Not sure where you draw that conclusion from, i think they have been very responsive with any issues so far, albeit through the site Admin.Agent Overson wrote: ↑06 Aug 2019, 11:44The US is restricted along with a bunch of other countries.

If I quoted all the posts of annoyance in this thread, the season would have KO'ed by the time I'd have finished. Is that the level of service you expect from a fantasy game that requires 25euro per team?
Yes, "FISO's" admin has been superb.

Since most games you have zero feedback from the people running it, yes I think the level of service I've seen is pretty decent - its alot easier managing questions/issue through a focal point (admin) then every user anywayAgent Overson wrote: ↑06 Aug 2019, 12:27If I quoted all the posts of annoyance in this thread, the season would have KO'ed by the time I'd have finished. Which games (that are comparable ie. 25E per entry) are you referring to?
You think using admin (FISO not FanTeam) as a middle man is better than using FantasyVik (FantasyBet not FISO) directly?

Zaha as a forward
Bilva's +1m pricetag (9m) is the biggest I've spotted
I assume the changes in prices/positions were tweaks to FPL to cover themselves legally?

Re: FanTeam - FPL game with 250,000 euros of prizes
I've just tested out the sub changes on my safari browser (I-phone) and works perfectly. I'll take you through the process;
*Click on 'CHANGE TEAM FOR GW1' highlighted in yellow top right of your team layout.
* Then scroll down to your subs
* For e.g subs bench is in this order left to right, Alisson/Laporte/Mane/Aguero
* I want Mane as first choice in line to come on as sub if De bruyne doesnt start
* I then click on Mane and some options come up i choose 'swap substitute order' so i then click on Laporte - it changes instantly
* I then click on the 'UPDATE TEAM' button located just below the team layout - another screen comes up instantly which lets you confirm the change(s). Simply press the confirm button highlighted in green.
* All done

Am I right that there are no team names and every single team owned is named after your username?
C'mon ffstuff, you have to admit that's a bit crap.

I assume the 'participated' column under 'my games' is the only way to track multiple teams if that column stays in the same order as each team is entered
