Where can I find a short description of the game?
Is it similar to that:

Thank you!
Hi Malrom
The main difference between fpl draft and the main fpl game is that instead of having a budget of 100m to pick your squad there is no budget and no player prices. The way you pick your squad in draft is through a player draft at the start of the season. Everyone takes it in turns to pick 1 player, but you can't pick anyone that somebody has already taken. So if the first person picks Salah then nobody else can pick Salah. So the next person may pick Aguero and then Salah and Aguero are gone. You carry on like this until everyone has picked their 15 man squad and every player in each squad will be unique in the league. After that it's pretty much like normal fpl but without captains or chips. The way you do transfers is also a bit different (there's a waiver and free-agent process which sounds really complicated when you first read it, but is actually pretty straightforward when you play it)
For more info there's a bit of a write up here: https://www.premierleague.com/news/1245444 and there's also the fpl rules and FAQ page here: https://draft.premierleague.com/help.
And, of course, there are a few threads on FISO with some answers to questions (particularly the waiver/free-agent stuff) and a few tips on strategy in the draft forum: viewforum.php?f=376
If you fancy giving it a go then the H2H Draft Divisionals game (viewtopic.php?f=376&t=131894) is a good introduction as it's small leagues and short (10 GW) seasons, so we get 3 drafts in each year. I'll be starting the sign up thread for the next game soon after the season starts I expect.
