I recalled that in last Draft Room, the WatchList came already filled with all players in FPL Draft Rank order,
and you could move them around by shuffling, or typing in your desired rank

Now the Watchlist in Draft Room came empty :?
I had to bring in all my desired players from All Players clicking Watch (the EYE on mobile)
only then I could refine the Priority as above

remember, with 6 players
12 GK
30 Def
30 Mid
18 Fwd
will have to be picked to complete the draft

so you "should" insert all those 90 players in your WL if you want it to be totally yours
if you insert less, for you lower spots, say 5th def or mid, you'll have to go by choosing at the moment, or leaving FPL use their Draft Rank amongst those left there (with the risk that you get an injured player nobody wanted, with only 10 GW to play even just a few ones out make a player less useful)

I'd be ok with pushing the draft back to Thursday or even Friday if that would help and everyone else agreed to it...?

I'm sure that last time when I did a Watchlist and picked a position eg Defenders then the green number was how many Defenders. Now it is the full list.

Darn. Moving furniture Thursday night. It might motivate me to move it faster and be done by 9pm.

9.30pm would be great but its difficult to keep everyone happy so I will let you decide. I will set up my wish list just in case.

The date/time change only affects Div 1. My understanding is that Div 2 & 3 drafts are still at 9 pm today.
