Re: FISO Test Draft
I've setup a draft league for 8 players, the draft is set for Tuesday 7pm UK time,1st August.
I'll delete the league after the draft, so this is just a practice one to get used to the controls and the system.
I want to test the waters with the 60 second option.
The league code is 255883-65072
Please feel free to join . Cheers.

Re: FISO Test Draft
It shows that eight player leagues seems to be quite a sweet spot in terms of having decent enough sides.
Hoping drawing the 8th straw this time means I will go first next time (when it matters)...!

I would have been OK with this team in a real draft:

Re: FISO Test Draft
Amazed you managed to get Eriksen with your Round 2/3 pick which is 16th or 17th overall.

Re: FISO Test Draft
I think it's because the second striker spot is harder to fill, the too strikers are gone and you're left with Vardy, Giroud, Batshuyahi, Sturridge, Rooney, Benteke, Iheanacho, Chicarito, Rashford etc (at that tier) which need taken or youre leftover with Deeney, Austin, JRod etc as a second striker. So the draft goes Striker 1 then striker 2 then MF1 (or big defence as Backlash went for).

Re: FISO Test Draft
it will be interesting to see how teams do with team full of premium defenders, its a luxury we can never afford in the proper game.
I think they may be disappointed in the short term but we shall analysie with interest eh?

Re: FISO Test Draft
Aye, there's a big decision to make there. I think Eriksen, for me, is just about a tier 1 mid, who I would take over a tier 2 forward as a second round pick (assuming I have managed to draft a tier 1 forward in round one).Beerfuelledman wrote: ↑01 Aug 2017, 23:00 I think it's because the second striker spot is harder to fill, the too strikers are gone and you're left with Vardy, Giroud, Batshuyahi, Sturridge, Rooney, Benteke, Iheanacho, Chicarito, Rashford etc (at that tier) which need taken or youre leftover with Deeney, Austin, JRod etc as a second striker. I probably flip a coin if it came down to Eriksen or Vardy in round two and I already had one of the big six strikers, but in the same situation I think I'd take Eriksen over Firmino or Benteke, or Defoe, but I'd take a striker over Ozil or a Liverpool mid, but it's close. I think Eriksen if the worst of the best mids. A group that is: Sanchez, KDB, Hazard, Alli, Eriksen only.

Re: FISO Test Draft
i went to work on my watchlist only to find it had been reset back to zero has anyone had this happen?
i dont see anything about creating the watchlist in the rules, there must be some sort of timelimit where it resets.
Most annoying as I wont be able to attend the draft likely.

My problem is that I haven't done a trial draft and when I try and create a new league to have a dry run with a friend it won't let me as whatever date I put in it says I can't have a date in the past - even if I put a Sept 2017 one.
