So in the draft mode there is no limit of three players from the same team?

Maybe I'm just lost from mobile...

Where can a player other than the admin find his League ID after the Draft is over ??? :?

I don't think you can.
I haven't found it anyway, apart from when I'm admin.

I believe that it's the second part of the league code, or you can find it from the Web Tools in Chrome (press F12 to access them):
