Re: Sky Sports Fantasy Football 2016/17
Great going. Really good position considering the average transfers in the top 10 a couple of months back was less than ten i think.
Easy to make big gains a losses in a short space of time.
Good luck (not too much though )

Re: Sky Sports Fantasy Football 2016/17
6.6 is apparently the average left based on the top ten
Based on your transfer count a few could be down to their last few transfers so plenty to play for

You need to prioritise. Fantasy football > work

So much THIS!!!
6.6 average is cool. Still the odd player with a few I'd think.
The "true" top 10 average will be 5.4 after you take out 1 person with a fair few

Re: Sky Sports Fantasy Football 2016/17
I have a team in 97th with 18 trfs left
Can't find the League of Leagues table on the site to see how the Fiso Forum league is getting on.
Is there any scope to form a new paid league from the top Fiso teams to target the paid mini league of leagues prize?
Best wishes

Always interesting as a guage Mark, and strange that you need to ask as your first post was to obviously find out exactly the same thing
No it doesnt really help as it will not make a shite of difference as to how i play it from here in so i hope that helps
Of course some may try to worry you be claiming to have more left than they actually do.
By the way i do believe that you have 17 left

To be fair I don't really care whether people believe me or not I could have just the one transfer left you're right, I best make it a good one. Was trying to gauge with my earlier post, obviously. I'm generally a helpful sort see. Whether it's against competitors or not.

Well soon as you are being up front, then i will be too.
14 left which to be fair i thought was better than it is given what you have left.
If you check out the far better site which i cant mention as it will be deleted my posts will validate.
Good luck Mark, lets hope we are both still up there in a few months.

With multiple captain huge points swings can happen so quickly. A Kane captain was 50 points this weekend for example. 4 of those and its 200 points (I appreciate everyone can do that Math )Toffeeman wrote:Well soon as you are being up front, then i will be too.

I think anywhere over 10 is enough to see the season through as long as your team is pretty set now. I have a few moves to make but think I'm in a healthy position (again understatement of the week).
Good luck to us all of course, I hope I haven't used all mine up.

Re: Sky Sports Fantasy Football 2016/17
As you say hitting your captains is key. I was as high as 12th i think a few weeks before christmas. But not having Ibra and as captain did some damage.
Those who have risen recently will probably had Ibra, ali, kane and possibly phillips and hit the right captains

When aguero got suspended I had a choice of Costa or Ibra, fortunately chose Ibra ,Costa came in later though, but he's been a beast for me. And getting on Alli at the right time was very useful.Toffeeman wrote:As you say hitting your captains is key. I was as high as 12th i think a few weeks before christmas. I went costa so just shows how 1 move can have a big effect, especially if it involves hitting the said player as captain

Re: Sky Sports Fantasy Football 2016/17
Huge impact. In terms of giroud he's less owned I'd expect because of Sanchez ownership. Seems folly to have both and then forgo all bar one of Costa/aguero/Kane/IbraToffeeman wrote:I went costa so just shows how 1 move can have a big effect, especially if it involves hitting the said player as captain

Re: Sky Sports Fantasy Football 2016/17
Won the weekly with my second team
Set it up with an Albion block a couple of weeks ago, with a view to having a go whenever we kept a clean sheet. Sunderland didn't really threaten that and luckily had Firmino too. 67th after Sat, so thought about knocking it on the head, but Rodriguez, Cedric, Courtois, Alonso and Cahill turned out to be enough by 14 points (captained Cahill as I was so far back).
My lad has said his PS4 has been playing up.....

Cheers. Yes It's me. Can't wait for the Hartlepool shirt to arrive. To be honest I'll probably give it to a charity or the like.Maldini wrote:Is that our very own Mad Dog that sits atop the leaderboard?

I decided that sun was a load of shit this season so I'd try my hand at something else.
Champagne? Yeah ok then. And the finest lady boys from London Bridge.
