OK. So not quite the first person in the competition to be completely out of it.Shaggy365 wrote:... and with Neil Robertson still to play to a finish tomorrow, our colleague could be the first person to lose all 5 players.juckster wrote:4 of mine out already - sorry

Re: 2013 Fantasy World Snooker - Now running
Michaella having a bit of a nightmare in this frame, she forgot to spot the blue before the break-off now she's picked up the white off the table when she should have picked the black out of the pocket.
Conclusion - wouldn't.

Re: 2013 Fantasy World Snooker - Now running
From your rules last year :bluenosey wrote:Count back on tie break rules ? They are around, somewhere ?Shaggy365 wrote:Bet my second round match will be a tie.
In the event of a draw, the tie break will be :-
Highest number of players remaining
If still level, highest number of points scored in previous round
If still level, the one with the highest World Ranking
TBH the point-scoring this year means that reallistically, the only way there will be a tie is if both entrants have the same players left. I know it's possible, but it's very unlikely. In the whole league table at the end of round 1, there are only 4 pairs of entries out of the 133.

I hope Selby loses, for some reason /I dislike him for the "Jester" tag, when he isn't vaguely funny.

Re: 2013 Fantasy World Snooker - Now running
Did White really only score 307 for winning 13-3?
Presumably because his opponent was rubbish.
I fluked picking him and still have 2 others in it but I've dropped into the bottom half. ...

Re: 2013 Fantasy World Snooker - Now running
Just a quick mention to say that there are no matches scheduled to finish today. All the matches will be at the end of their second session of 3, so unless any result is 13-3 or better today, they will all finish tomorrow.

Can't really blame the guy, it's the only thing that rhymes with Leicesterblahblah wrote:I hope Selby loses, for some reason /I dislike him for the "Jester" tag, when he isn't vaguely funny.
He's actually a top guy, came down to present the trophies for our snooker league last November.
Very chipper, despite I'm sure, not wanting to be in the wilds of Hampshire on a Thursday night.

Re: 2013 Fantasy World Snooker - Now running
it's not the only thing that rhymes with Leicester but you probably wouldn't want that as a nick-name...
selby seems ok as a person - pity his style of snooker is sooooooo loooong..... only slightly better than Ebdon!
anyway, he's gone... anyone else think looking at the draw that white has a puncher's chance of making the final...
