Well done Catman on winning maiden comp - Thought my name was on the trophy!
Willing to play on - but may be struggling to set up/amend teams as on hols.
So if I could rest (if odd number again) on weekend of 21st Feb - might be helpful.

In the meantime, I'd like to offer a tweak to the game engine. Instead of the best team always winning, the best team will usually win. The results will be generated using a similar system to this one: a-football-based-card-game-t85153.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

So the best midfield will create more opportunities, a decent defence will clear them but a strong forward line will get an opportunity to score. If you take a look at the final post on page 3 of that thread, you'll see the kind of in-game commentary we can have. And with three games being played simultaneously, we could almost have a Soccer Saturday game

I'll do an example using The Catman v Primitive Man from the current gameweek so you can see what I mean.
