Howard 3.4
Walker 4.1  Rafael 3.6
Mata 5.8
Michu 3.3
Zabaleta 3.4
Baines 4.1
Walcott 4.3
FFL 4.4
Cazorla 3.2
Suarez 6.6
RVP 7.0

Value: £49.1
Transfers Remaining: 13

Rationale: Bit of a tearful moment as I bid farewell to the final survivor from the season start. Rafael comes in (with some rotation trepidation) as MU have 3 games before Spurs feature again.

The infuriating lack of regular clean sheets sees Jagielka go for Zabaleta. Walcott to Lampard is initially a 3-0 thing but could end up just being a transfer depending on how things go.

Reasons for Change:
Chelsea three games for nowt over Arsenal - Bale not a bad player to have and needed to free cash.
Throwing the dice - six Chelsea!
Would have preferred another Chelsea defender instead of Hazzard, but 5-4-1 not an option.

oops - bit of an oversight there - didn't have Bale in Eggcup Team.

Brought in Lamps for RVP on Sunday as Lamps takes pens and RvP injuring his back.

Fellani

Straight swap price-wise. Although Tottenham have had more clean sheets than Everton, Baines has scored a lot more points than Walker, and this would also be a 2 for 0 IF I brought Walker back in.

Vid up to second - apparently, though, he's forgotten the rule about posting team changes. Too busy bowdlerising other threads.

Egg Cup announcement

I have had a number of PMs from people complaining of non posting of transfers and keeping teams up to date. This is pretty much the only rule (see rule 4 below) of this competition, if you can't do it then why enter? It leads to friction on those that do post in a timely manner. I am aware there is always the possibility of personal reasons so I tend to tread carefully but enough is enough. I invest a lot of time and money into this competition for both my own and everyone else's enjoyment and I am happy to do so and continue to do so.

The rule states that non conformers will not be allowed to play in the leagues the next year, if this continues to the end of the season I will allow them to play next season but they will be play in League 3 and learn to play the game properly which I think is more than fair.

4. The egg competition is intended as a free to play open, friendly and fun competition. If everyone posts transfers as they should on a timely basis (same day or at the very least before the next scheduled kick off) then there will be no problems, everything will run smoothly. If you feel it will not be possible to do this then please think about whether this competition is for you as it is very frustrating for others who do comply to see others not. Only those that comply will be allowed to play in the leagues the following year.

Recent transfers have been a disaster; let's see how these fare. Chelsea 4-1 over Everton.
