Rooney out for RvP. Thought there'd be goals in this game. Didn't think they'd be scored by Delia's mob :-D

Final question is do I hold RVP for West Brom or twist Rooney for the extra game, but United's games could be tricky.....

I'm looking at Stevie G in Murf's team and as a Liverpool fan I'm hoping Murf pulls away a bit.

By my maths that's 18 points gained on the leaders today. Might have to get Rooney now just to hang on.

I've only got 6 transfers so unless you all put Wolves players in I can't see how I can compete as you can cover any moves but it's nice to be on the podium thanks to The Ledge's incompetence. I can't see past a Murf win atm unless you can come up trumps NB.
There's some great posts in the 450-475 region of this thread ;-)

Gambled to get 1st. 2nd or 3rd is irrelevant in comparison.

It's only 5 pts NB calm yourself  , you are still clear favourite I think, bad day for Murf though.

Will be an exciting final day, closest ever and potentially 4 teams could win which is unprecedented I would think.

I had considered covering Adebayor too but given Evans' injury and a report I read said he may miss final 2 games I felt I should replace him rather than replace a player with 2 games left for another.
Going to the wire!

RvP to Rooney today. It's gambling on having enough points elsewhere in my team. Slightly cowardly but we'll only see next week.

Ta - the past two seasons have convinced me I should have a proper shot at a divisional next year. 17th place before today and would love to know how many of the 16 above had used transfers at Christmas. Personally I still think you're favourite. Some of the match ups are fascinating though. Siggy v Ramires, Hart v de Gea, Suarez v Torres. And then there's two more teams not out of it. Awesome!
