Reasons for Transfers :-
Effectively a midfielder and forward 'upgrade' split weirdly. Lukaku has bonus games but is off the boil and carrying a niggle. Alli was a tough call but just seemed the most sensible (least scary?) sacrifice for the high scoring KdB. Sanchez is solid and has a couple of bonus games.

No real plans for my few remaining transfers so will see what comes around and just daisy chain strikers if that looks sensible nearer the time. Or I may have to cover my rivals.....

I would have loved to get Sanchez in, but possibly barmily didnt want to sacrifice Lukaku or less barmily, Aguero, so did Kane  Ozil, for the 2 for 0. Not profitable.

Leicester have 3 'tough' looking fixtures and Spuds are in fine form and will probably just nick the title from the Foxes.

Reasons for Transfers :-
Probably a post bolting horse scenario but I've brought back 2 Spurs blokes with something to play for and a bonus game tonight. Was a gamble who to sell but Rashford looked a bit spent on saturday and there are other attacking options at United now Rooney is back ('attacking' in the loosest sense with Rooney of course). Ozil downgrade was needed to fund Kane. Maybe would have shifted Barkley but was 0.2 short.

Would have done the transfers anyway but my 2 closest rivals have Kane and Alli so the added bonus of covering them. They both have Ozil though....

just 2 transfers left to hold my ever-dwindling lead....

Resisted the need for transfers as I was comfortable not having Alli or Kane for this one (and my formula had tonight's game generating 7 points for either which I didn't feel to be enough). So just tidying up
Myster-Easter Eggs
de Gea 3.8
Monreal 3.8
Dawson 2.6
Alderweireld 3.9
Ozil 5.4
Mahrez 3.4
Barkley 3.9
Mata 5.3
Martial 4.7  Aguero 7.5
Kane 5.8  Sanchez 7.1
Rashford 2.9

Transfers Left:- 3
Value of Team:- £49.6m

Reasons for Transfers :-
Aguero felt like a must have as did Sanchez at the time.

Transfer history
P-Schneiderlin > Hazard - switching to a must have
P-Baines > Dawson - cash raise for the above
1-Delph > Mane - injury /possible bench warmer
2-Rooney > Giroud - fixtures and potential
3-Cahill > Coutinho - form and preferred formation
4-Murray > Barkley - form
5-Coutinho > Depay - suspension
6-Giroud > Aguero - non-starter for a starter
7-Sterling > Martial - potentially better value
8-Kane > Pelle - form
9-Depay > de Bruyne - form / bench warming
10-Aguero > Sanchez - injury
11-Yoshida > Monreal - bench warmer
12-Martial > Depay - slight knock / form
13-Hazard > Vardy - form & value
14-Pelle > Aguero - fear of not having Aguero
15-Sanchez > Lukaku - injury
16-Skrtel > Alderweireld - injury
17-Depay > Ozil - form / bench warming
18-Vardy > Martial - short-term injury / 2-for-0
19-Martial > Mahrez - back to a longer term pick
20-De Bruyne > Vardy - 3-for-0 or daisy-chain
21-Aguero > Firmino - 3-for-0
22-Firmino > Aguero - back to normal
23-Mahrez > Payet - 3-for-0
24-Mane > Eriksen - form
25-Payet > Mahrez - reversing 23
26-Cech > Ospina - injury
27-Lukaku > Kane - fixtures
28-Eriksen > Mata - 3-for-0 I think...
29-Ospina > de Gea - run of MU fixtures
30-Vardy > Martial - 3-for-0 or something...
31-Aguero > Rashford - 3-for-0
32-Martial > Aguero - bench warmer to must have
33-Kane > Sanchez - fixtures

Week 38

All very close at the top with just 15 points covering the podium. The week's best score of 101 saw me keep in touch but 27 back. Not looking too good for sjr and The Saint as a 25 point gap opens up to Lucksy7s.

Apologies for not declaring Aguero  Kane earlier. Mystery's table has my team right, but number of transfers should be 3, not 4. How I wish I had that extra one!

I made this change partly to put Murf under pressure to burn transfers :P , but also because of the impending banana threat, and in order to win the FA Cup (which I think I did, but hasn't yet been confirmed).

So with Alli in line for a possible ban I think I can see where my last transfer is going.

Thanks for heads up Zip, in Spain and had totally forgotten about this!

There's lots of Alli's in this league including all three managers with a single transfer left.

Has to be one of the closest finishes, good luck to all in contention and those fighting the dreaded drop.

With 5 Man U games left there's time for him yet.

Indeed it has. Top work hh and all.

115th in the League of Leagues. Shame it is an average of 5, not 4!

Wanted at least 4 games from someone with something to play for and only had a £4m budget. Didn't fancy any Utd or Palace players in league games. Didn't fancy any Sunderland or Norwich attacking players and Newcastle only have 3 games. That left TFF stalwart (and regular disappointment) PVAanholt who has 2 or 3 reasonable CS chances and may even score or get a KC as he regularly does whenever I have sold him in the past.

Leaving some cash for flexibility in that last transfer.
